    Hurray for The Laurieston!

    The location of this hotel is right on the sea front and is next to the local train station which makes getting to it extremely easy if travelling by train. The room was very comfortable and had all i needed. The shower room was small and untidily finished but was clean , water hot and plentiful - what more do you jeed. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful . The breakfast was excellent and set you up for the day ahead.

    To be honest I expected a little more we had to ask for towels when we arrived late afternoon the first breakfast was just awful the bacon fell apart and there was no scotch sausage we were then told we had to Oder the night before

    Having to phone the hotel to get in after 10pm. Difficult when traveling internationally.

    Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Nice restaurant. Value for money. Good location. Good parking facilities. Nice big fluffy towels. Good shower. Close to ferry terminal. Rooms a bit worn. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.
