My stay at Choctaw was amazing. From the moment I pulled up the valet was so knowledgeable and friendly, then we received the help with our luggage, and he provided great recommendations for us during our stay. The check in was so convenient and they even upgraded us to the 17th floor overlooking the pool. I will certainly be returning within the next month.

The hotel room was fine, we were on the 14th floor with a good view below. Passing through the smoke filled casino floor to get to the elevators was not cool and the dinning options were mainly located at the far end of the casino itself, a long, long walk. The walk, indeed, was long enough almost to need some form of ground transportation to get to the food court area, which, by the way, was also a smoke free section of the massive casino floor. My guess, having visited a number of casinos over the years, is that they have trouble hiring experienced workers, which also applies to the hotel staffing as well. Everyone seemed to be learning how to perform their tasks. Overall, a pleasant enough stay but not a great place unless you are a gambler and even then there were miles of slot machines and limited what are called "table games", cards and roulette.

Our room in the Sky Tower was fantastic! All the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. Loved the variety of restaurants and things to do. Looking foward to a return trip.

Hotel could not find my reservation. I had to pay for a non-refundable room elsewhere in Durant, OK. After I paid for other room, Choctaw calls me and says they found my pre-paid, non-refundable reservation. I ended up paying $172.77 for extra room I now did not need.

they put a hold on our roll for almost 690 instead of the 150 and said it wasn’t their fault but expedia. the hold had not been released fro my back. the hotel fee from your end cleared in a seperate transaction. do you all send my bank a clearance from the hotel charge

The property was fine. Some of the dealers and staff were absolutely rude and terrible. We won’t be back after this experience. We will go elsewhere.
