Our villa had an amazing view and was conveniently located for driving to various wineries and towns. There was a lovely pastry shop just steps away and a gourmet restaurant just a short walk away as well. There was a driveway for parking and a smart TV. Our host Katia was very responsive to any questions that we had. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed to prepare a meal. We were there for two weeks, and our host came in and changed our sheets, washed our towels and cleaned which we did not expect and was a nice surprise. We did not get to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen, but it looked like a wonderful spot for preparing meals and eating outdoors. I would stay here again for sure. Katia was a wonderful host." The hotel never communicated to me via any means before hand. I made multiple attempts trying to get to the hotel through different roads and all ended up being closed at a some point. The sun went down and it was very dark. We were lucky to eventually drive out of the scary dangerous roads. A refund request was denied by the hotel. While I understand the policy, I don’t understand why the hotel never contacted me about the road closures and as a result put me in a dangerous situation."
