Manager canceled our reservation because he couldnt process our card, didn’t contact us or orbitz about the issue and didn't notify us until 2 hours before check in. We called and gave them a new card number which we got due to fraud alert, manager tells me hotel was overbooked and they gave our room to someone else,
Then after my call they send me an email to call them about my card and to show my card when i check in,
By then, I booked another hotel, manager was rude about the whole sequence
