You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Cozy 2-Bedroom House near Arcachon Center & Beach

Ideally located, small T3 house of around 60 m².  
You can park in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.  
You enter through the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo.  
Its living room with TV, WIFI and its small dining area.  
A first bathroom with WC. A bedroom for children with a bunk bed which offers you two beds in 90 with a pull-out bed for an additional extra bed and a desk. Next to this, a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people accompanied by its bathroom with WC.  
An outside laundry room with washing machine which can be shared with your neighbor. There is also a common courtyard with it. Your garden furniture is on the side of the impasse to enjoy meals outside, with friends or family.  
You are close to all the shops for shopping enthusiasts, as well as restaurants and beaches to organize your picnics and swimming afternoons during our beautiful days. Without forgetting the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends.  
A sunny vacation is waiting for you!  
ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €25 for a double bed for a week, bathroom kit: €18 for one person and a week. Baby chair / baby bed: €10 / week. Wifi box: €39 / week.

+++ Sehr hübschund praktisch eingerichtet, sehr zentral, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. —-Leider keine Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort, schimmeliges Sofa und schlecht geputzt, Miete für Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu teuer.

Bonjour Maison avec tout l'équipement de base pour un séjour de vacances avec mes enfants Environnement calme , Bien stuée ,car plage de Arcachon accessible à pied ,ainsi que les possibiltés pour se déplacer ( location de vélos ,stations de bus,gare Sncf vers Bordeaux et Ter ) Nous avons apprécié cette maison,et la disponibilité de L'agence Orpi ( Pascale) avant d'arriver

#### Décevant au regard du prix de location

Très grande déception en entrant dans la location. L'agencement des pièces n'est pas agréable : la chambre enfants communique avec la pièce à vivre sans porte. Il faut passer par la chambre enfants pour aller dans la chambre parentale. Très peu de rangements pour les affaires, or nous restions 15 jours et le peu disponible était inutilisable du fait d'odeurs d'humidité désagréable. Aucune penderie. Seul intérêt de cette location, elle est bien située
