Upon entering, a hallway with a closet leads to a west-facing bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a small refrigerator, two induction hobs, a dishwasher, a range hood, a microwave, and a washing machine, offers access to a small terrace of approximately 2m². The living/dining room, with an extra sofa bed, a television, and a dining area, opens onto a beautiful, sunny, south-facing terrace of approximately 4.50 m², equipped with an awning and furniture. A designated parking space is included. This apartment is very well-equipped and enjoys a prime location: the beaches of Eyrac are 400 meters away and the municipal market halls (covered market) are 600 meters away! Pets are not allowed.
