"Room smelled like smoke. Coffee maker didn’t work. Hotel restaurant food was under cooked and not good. "

I waited a few hours for one (actually called to remind them) then the cleaner took it even though I hanged it.. and had to request a second one, unnecessarily work. Other things worked well. "Nice hotel but not in Switzerland, it is in France near the border. The uber from the airport is very expensive and the shuttle also costs money. Location is very secluded and not much around. The check in and out is done at the sister hotel Ibis right beside."

"This hotel provided a nice sized room with a very convenient location to the airport. It was also an easy walk to the free tram to get into the city center. The room was a bit worn, but it was spacious and well appointed. We had a nice meal at the on site restaurant."
