"The hotel and staff were great overall. The location is perfect. I did have a bit of a problem with the charges. The gentleman at checkin told me he charged me in Pesos and the printout and charge showed otherwise. The exchange rate given to our party: we had 3 rooms was at 16.17 when our credit card company would have given us a rate of 17+.. That is our only complaint. That is the only reason for the 4 v. 5 stars.."

"Wonderful stay. Well-located hotel just back from the main street. The room was a great size, clean, quiet and had everything necessary: iron, hairdryer, extra blankets. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive. And the included breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again, thank you!"

"It was a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff members were very nice and professional. All the facilities, from the gardens to the rooms and restaurant, were nice and clean. The servants and chefs were courteous, and the food was amazingly good. Keep up the good work, Mezon del Puente, en mi pueblo querido, Acámbaro, Guanajuato!"
