When staying at this hotel, the sheets on the bed had yellow staining and the bathroom toilet seat had something that wayer was easily able to get rid of. They do not keep the rooms clean. There was also a strong smell of curry on the 3rd floor. The elevator was dirty. This hotel had exposed wires from emergency lights. Not maintained at all.

The floor had hair on it, the toilet was dirty and the dead bolt was missing on my room. It was disgusting but i was too tired to go somewhere else after driving 10 hours and i didn't want to just lose my money

Our kids found a used syringe hidden in the closet, and when we told the desk, they just grapped it. A heavy necklace was found in the sink, so does that mean they didnt clean the sink? The hot tub was out of service and was green. The exercise equipment was missing parts and even pedals. We had a water coming out of the shower due to being a walk in shower. The angle of the floor and shower curtain would not contain the water. Water was draining out in the room. I asked for a mop after telling them the issue, and they just handed me a mop and bucket. The place could be pretty good, but neither the owners dont care or management. I hate to call this place out, but come on....

I hope it was dirt on the wall in the bathroom across from the toilet and not something else, there was toothpaste splattered around the sink, the hairdryer was torn off the wall and thrown under the sink, clump of hair in the corner by the far bed. I couldn’t get into the fitness center. There were no tissues in the bathroom and the tissue dispenser was rusty. The toilet ran all night. Breakfast options were sugary cereals, overripe bananas, and some kind of mysterious gravy with biscuits.

Booking on line was wonderful but once the owner found out that we was booking on line he agreed to give me a flat rate (considering we had been there nearly a month) of $65 tax ( not a deal its a regular week day rate) if i stop booking online. We did and then he over charged me and cheated me out of my money, disrespected me and kicked us out the hotel.

We check in about 10:30pm and the front desk man was just "chillin" watching something on his phone loudly. There was no bell so I had to look though the doors to get his attention. He warned us a $200 dollar fee for smoking in the room; however, the elevator smells strong of smoke, the halls have the smell, and especially our room already smelled like smoke, so how would they even know? On top of it, our room had a potato conspicuously on the closet shelf... There weren't any towels either. We decided to just take a shower whenever we got back the next day. Camping would have been a better option!

The Hotel was clean and pleasant but the bed was hard and the pillow was too small and only one per person. On our last day check out is at 11:00am we were still asleep at 9:00am and a male cleaner unlocked our door and walked in on us he apologized but we felt rushed and checked out soon after.

The overall stay was great as well as the amount of the room is very reasonable for a quick getaway I'd definitely wish that they advertise the pool more often. I've stayed there a few times and I am just now finding out that they have one.

Our bedding was definitely dirty when we stayed. Unfortunately this wasn’t noticed until we were tucking in for the night. Ended up peeling the comforter and top blanket off as there were blood stains. Tv remote didn’t work initially but staff came up to fix it. Could use some cleaning but otherwise ok. Staff were nice.

The door to the room was hard to open and shut. If there was a fire, a small child could not get out. Smoke alarm in room was just hanging. TV didn’t work. It was difficult to find and join their WiFi. There was an awful smell in the hallways and stairs. Smelled like mildew mixed with cleaner. An extreme amount of deferred maintenance. Rooms were very small as well as the “queen-sized” bed. My room key was deactivated even before checkout time. Would not stair there again.

I booked a one queen, 2 guest bedroom, which according to the very black-and-white description, includes a sofa bed. I arrived, and was told my room did not come with a sofa bed, only one queen bed. I described my situation very politely, showed the front desk attendant the proof that I should have a sofa bed, and he denied it and said I could get a sofa bed only if I upgraded to a suite. I declined that (obviously), and called Hotels.com. After 10 minutes, he approached me with a "counter-offer" to get a room with sofa bed for $20 extra. It felt like a bidding war, which I don't understand. It felt like a total racket. I again said no, give me the sofa bed for free, just like you advertised and just like I booked. He declined. Hotels.com would not provide me a $20 refund to my card, only as a Hotels.com credit which I am still appalled at and find absurd. I paid the $20 for a normal room with a sofa bed. There is absolutely NO customer service at this hotel, and I would avoid at all costs because of this alone. If this wasn't enough reason to avoid this hotel, the rooms are filthy, old, full of blood stains and trash all over, half the furniture is broken, and half of the electronics were not working. I stay in hotels for work 75% out of the year, and I rarely write reviews this bad. This hotel 100% deserves this review. Awful.

On arrival I was informed that my 2 queen bed reservation wasn't possible because the previous guest caused water damage to the room. I was upgraded to a suite at no charge but it only had one bed and a pullout sofa. The mattress on the sofa was 2 inches thick. The comforter had a huge hole in it. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The toilet flushed so slowly I was afraid to use it for anything except a pee. A panel on the kitchen island wasn't attached. There was no closet to hang clothes. Suite?

The property was overall dirty and in disrepair. Our room was not cleaned at all during our entire stay. People were leaving trash outside their doors which was not picked up regularly ( saw same trash for at least 24 hours) The people at the front desk were nice but Somehow our room reservation was lost. Travelocity blamed the hotel....the hotel blamed travelocity...meanwhile we got stuck with an extra $200 bill we didnt plan for and had to go get a blow up matress as the hotel did not have rollaway beds.
