"You’re kidding me right? I drove 17 hours to get there in 20 minutes before pulling into the parking lot. The property called me and told me my reservation was canceled because they were overbooked. Their clerk told me what they do is cancel third-party reservations, i.e. Hotels.com, Expedia, etc., and accommodate people that walk in and are looking for a room because they will pay more money. They told me it’s not their problem and treated me like complete crap. They wouldn’t allow me to talk to a manager. Never again will I use all Holiday Inn and I’ve been IHG member for over 30 years"

"The host were great! The cabin was very clean and everything was in great condition. They had cookies waiting for us and everything ready for us to use the fire pit and make s’mores. It is in a great location that allowed us to explore many sites in just 2 days. We would love to stay again! "
