This hotel is a brilliant resort. There are 4 restaurants (which serve very high quality food, especially the Thai restaurant), an amazing pool, spa facilities, a monkey trail and plenty more. This is the place to stay if you want a luxurious, secluded and wonderful holiday in Thailand. It is so wonderfully secluded that the only means of accessing the hotel is by speedboat (which is free of charge on the hotel's speedboat). The rooms are very large, and with a great sized balcony, and of course, with an amazing view.
The staff are exceptional, polite and accommodating.
The hotel provides large body boards free of charge which were immensely enjoyable. There were kayaks and other water sport related goods too.
We will 100% return, so much so, we are already in the midst of planning our next trip. I strongly recommend!

Check in was smooth and orderly though we had to wait about 20 minutes for some changes as they did not capture our initial request properly. Requested for two separate beds with some decoration to the room since it was our first time there, but end up, upon check in at counter, was notified that the bed was a king size bed with honeymoon package. Not a major issue though as they gladly obliged to our request afterwards.
They also offered a drink and towel when you first arrived which was a pretty nice touch. Drinks was very nice. Hotel staff was extremely customer service centric and helpful. Provided us information on places to eat, transport to take and even helped us call our island tour agency when they didn't arrive on time.
Location of resort is not too bad. Near the street food, beach, shopping street and restaurants.
Pool was really nice with slide and many lounging chair for suntanning or resting. There is a pool bar as well. Bar at the lounge is really good, drinks are superb and food is very awesome. Especially the appetizer with the different selections of snacks and the handmade burger.
Palm court restaurant buffet for breakfast is pretty good too with great variety and selection.
Bedroom was comfortable and clean and organized.
The staff are really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and it was kept clean throughout. If you sign up for the breakfast buffet, you can have breakfast with a view (by the beach!). You can sign up for tours and taxi services with the hotel for convenience's sake. It is also not far from shops (right outside the hotel). Overall, it was a good stay.
We've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions since 2006. The rooms are of a reasonable size and the air-con is welcome after a hot day out. Facilities are good for the price and, given that Thailand is supposedly "3rd world" there's nothing to complain about.
Cheerful, helpful and responsive staff sorted out a couple of minor problems (blown light bulb part way through the stay and the maid forgot to leave beach towels once) promptly and courteously.
This was my first time to Krabi with my wife and my soon to be 2 year old son. We booked the Premier Room for 6 nights and everything was as said in their website and reviews in Tripadvisor which made the resort highly recommended. The resort is great for families with 3 pools suited for both adults and children, a kids play room with ample toys which we frequented quite often during our stay, a restaurant serving quite good breakfast and decent food, a spa to pamper yourself, a gym to workout, etc. Basically everything about the resort is just nice and right and given a chance I will stay back here again.

Big rooms, very clean, big varandas, bathrooms ok, but my kid's the shower needed to be repaired. Good view. The only thing I didn't like much was a classical music playing since morning, when I wanted to sleep. Irritating. Sorroundings easy. Breakfast cost absolutely expensive. We wento to other hotels to eat the same. Thai restaurant really good. Staff amazing and helpfull. Receptionists nice but sometimes a little bit confusing. Ok, I undestand..so many chinese in excursions... Swimming polls very clean. I would come back.
Try the Italiano restaurant (la Luna) on the opppsite side of the same street of the hotel, after a curve. Salads, pasta, spring rolls delicious. The owner is italian. Perfect!
Lovely relaxing stay. Hotel and facilities were very good, and the staff excellent. It is a small hotel, of 25 villas, and they manage to pitch the service just right. Attentive, but not pushy.
Shuttle service to the beach is great, but my one improvement would be to add an extra return pick up or two to the schedue. That said a tuk tuk at 50 THB per person hardly breaks the bank!
Thanks Kong and staff. We had a lovely stay.
All rooms are villas with private balcony in a beautiful well maintained garden.
The room had a lot of space, comfort bed, perfect air con, safe and a bathroom with shower and tube.
Nice pool area with a beautiful view of a big cliff.
Breakfast was served at the restaurant on the pond that have fishes and ducks... The food is a mix of buffet and made to order menu, it is tasty and satisfiable.
There is a shuttle from the resort to Ao Nang beach and back every 2 hours or you can take a tuktuk.
This former fishing village in central Krabi Province still retains some traditional charm. A 10-minute boat ride takes travellers to Railay Beach for rock climbing and snorkeling. Other day trip options include island-hopping cruises to outer islands such as James Bond Island from The Man with the Golden Gun.
