Very difficult to find room and to find way outside. I had a pet with me and they put me on the 6th floor way in the back with a confusing way to get out quickly potty needs. I definitely would not stay here again due to above.

You had a room in the green zone of our hotel on the 2nd floor close to the elevator. This part of the hotel has a separate entrance called Auditorium. The elevator to the second floor was very near this entrance. Perhaps you were not clearly informed about this possibility. Our sincere apologies for this. Good conference centre hotel
Comfortable hotel, not as luxurious as the NH collection in downtown Eindhoven. The shower had poor pressure and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Basic good continental breakfast - no omelettes.

Excellent hotel It is a bit of a distance from Eindhoven though, and the bar was not open on the Sunday evening, which is a miss for a hotel without alternative bars within walking distance The cost of items in the foyer shop was very high too, eg almost €4 for a small bottle of water

Excellent hotel in Veldhoven
Stayed for 3 nights to attend an event held at the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area, approximately 25mins from Eindhoven by the very frequent bus service, which stops and picks up outside the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained, with all areas being well looked after. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds, ensuite shower room, and a fridge in the room. All staff were incredibly welcoming and chatty, and were obviously very good at their jobs. Breakfast was a buffet, and was superbly laid out with a wide range of choices from standard cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts, cold cuts, and even pancakes and waffles. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. There is already talk of returning next year to the same event, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Don’t take your bags from the car prior to finding reception, it’s a fair hike from car park to reception, followed by another hike to your room (in our case). Would’ve been better going without bags & re parking closer to non reception entrance. Only 1 receptionist for huge hotel is rubbish, split hotel into zones & have 2/3 receptions maybe? Room hot, bed uncomfortable and hard, worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. Won’t return here again.

STAY AWAY FTOM THIS PLACE * The two rooms we got - no AC!!! Even though the hotel is advertised as all the rooms have it. Room was 85 degrees on a scorching summer day. We didn’t sleep a wink. ** room and bathroom size miniature - you can touch the bed from the toilet *** Rudest staff ever!!!! **** The mattress came from the prison sale.

The room was very small and no air conditioning. There was no soap in the bathroom despite two reminders. There is no restaurant open for lunch and the maid walked into the room despite a do not disturb sign

We do have rooms with air-conditioning, which are our Superior Rooms. However, if you check the facilities to our Standard Rooms you see there is no mentioning of air-conditioning. We understand it might be confusing if you filter on hotels with air-conditioning, our hotel does show as we have air-conditioning, just as others. Then it is important to always check the facilities to a room. Our apologize the housekeeper did come in the room despite the DND card. Super clean and quiet. Enjoy the stay. It's a large facility so it's good to park your car close to an entry way that's near your room or you would be walking for quite a long distance from the front reception area.

Great Place to stay

Would not recommend no more then a 2 star hotel
Standard rooms don't have air conditioning very dusty the room glasses full of limescale kettle disgusting inside with some liquid. If you want air conditioning you need to upgrade. Shower still had cleaning products on and the drainage was blocked.Very disappointed.

No air conditioning in rooms. 31C inside and 30C outside but the only advice from the hotel was to open the window wide!! Basic room.

Overall great hotel to stay in. Clean inside and out. Good service. Have to say more precautions could have been taken at Breakfast. Sitting people more apart. People not using the same utensils to get the food. Other then that a nice place to stay.

Lovely!! Very clean,All the staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful, And a credit to the company. The hotel was quiet and I had a very relaxing night after a long drive. I asked for a quiet room and that was exactly what I got . Breakfast was very good and very well organised. The hotel has adapted extremely well to this post covid world. Felt very safe There is plenty of parking even for a large vehicle and although there is a €5 charge it was worth it as it as parking is spacious and secure, and the hotel itself was not that expensive

My stay was only one night waiting for the flight. Hotel is very pleasant, little far from Eindhoven, but maybe is better for rest. Transport is regular. Breakfast was little overestimated, but as general good.

Excellent & quiet room.
This was my second stay this year, and I had a larger room, much more comfortable. Very quiet. Large desk to work at ease. Comfortable and large bed with firm mattress. (the training rooms are also great) I discovered that Veldhoven very nice centre is only ~20 minutes walk and has some nice restaurants. (I came by train and had no car)

Nice hotel that you can take bus to
I ended up here by default bc I booked a flight back to NL the day of and this was literally one of the few places in Eindhoven that had a vacant room for the night. However, my stay was great. The staff was friendly and check in/out was a breeze. It is a bit out of the way from the city center, however, I was able to get there easily by bus (first from the airport to the central station and then transferring again). If you feel like it's a bit out of the way from the center, I wouldnt let that deter you if you're looking at this place as an option. Moreover, the area is very quiet and secluded so you'll be able to sleep peacefully. Plus, they had things I needed like hair dryer, wifi, body wash, etc. I think my only complaints, if any, was I felt the bed wasnt firm enough for myself and the bathroom door you couldnt open all the way bc the bed was blocking it. Overall, my stay here was great.

Off the beaten path.
This is an older hotel that has been renovated. The food is good, but costly. Breakfast was £15 per person pre paid and the dinner buffet was £20 per person. There are no restaurants within walking distance and they don’t allow outside catering. Our room was clean, but one day housekeeping did not come and we had to call for towels and toilet paper. We were there for an event and our room was quite far away from the halls where the event was being held. We were also required to buy plastic money in order to purchase food at the event.

Was very impressed with this hotel .?the pool was large and the facilities for sport fanatics is exceptional.?the only thing I disagreed with is £5 parking fee. That's bad !

Check-in was diabolical, the room was cramped and lacking in sockets. The bed was uncomfortable and the restaurant fully booked. I was unable to get a meal and nothing nearby the hotel. The only food available was bar snacks eg.bread, crisps and bitterbollen.

Comfortable, quiet and hidden among the trees.
The hotel is very large and spread out. It's outside Eindhoven center and very quiet. Despite having booked a room that I though had AC, I did have to upgrade to get a room with air conditioning as it was a very hot night. The staff were helpful with that and the breakfast was good. It's a big hotel so be prepared to walk a ways to your room.

Hotel is quite shabby and dated although there are signs in the rooms claiming that they are refurbishing. Nowhere to unpack if you are staying for the week except for hanging space. No shelves or drawers. Fitness facilities are very good. Breakfast not served until 7am which is too late if you have an early start like I did. Paid for breakfast but never ate it.
