Great location to visit the nearby attractions like the Giants Causeway, restaurants are within walking distance. If you stay here you must dine at Noth 55

Pros: Central position and a good standard of hotel.
Cons: More quest car parking.
Location: Overlooks the sea. Everything within 5 minutes, harbour, bars, restaurants, shops etc
Great central location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. A pleasant all round experience and recommended.

Very good hotel, had a good stay there. Employees were friendly and really nice. The only negative point is the bed. Matress is not that good for your back.

Great Hotel in prime position

Pros: Friendly staff and lovely rooms
Cons: Parking facilities
Location: Portrush is a seaside resort and close to Giants Causeway and other North Antrim attractions
Enjoyed this Hotel and its friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and rooms spacious and most comfortable. Only downside was Parking - not enough car spaces for size of Hotel and parking on the street is a nightmare.

Breathtaking location. Great room & clean. Food in the restaurant was wonderful & the staff were helpful. I believe this is a three star hotel but it deserves a higher rating as it is lovely & ticks all the boxes.

Pros: Limited number of hotel parking spots - if you get one, don't leave! Breakfast buffet was really good. Rooms are very spacious - great shower.
Cons: Management of this hotel could be greatly improved. I would only recommend this hotel due to location.
Location: Lots to do, Giant's Causeway, golf and the Castle are amazing!
A calamity of errors. Could not find hotel on this busy Father's Day weekend because they changed names and no one told us. There was gunk on the in-room iron and it ruined my blouse. Reception said "we can bring you a different iron" - no sympathy for ruined blouse. We put the "do not disturb" sign on our door. The cleaning staff ignored our wishes and entered anyway. Hotel manager was not concerned and said she would "mention" something to the supervisor. I was totally upset that someone entered my room against my wishes, touched all my stuff, we had money and jewelry on the desk, and Natasha (?) could not have cared less. I booked this room 7 months ago. We were not given a room with a view because we booked thru Expedia. Really!? I wouldn't even have known about this hotel if it were not for Expedia. Our view was of the parking garage. But, at least we could see our car! We had booked for a 2 night stay. Sign in elevator said you could not bring food or drink to your room unless it was purchased from hotel....again, really?! Hotel must be in tough times if they have to make that statement. In all my travels for over 30 years, I've never been told I can't bring outside food/drinks into my room. I'm embarrassed for this hotel. My in-room "kettle" did not work. When I got up at 6:00 a.m. I went downstairs to report the problem. The gentleman at the desk offered to get me a pot of coffee to take to my room....Good man - that is who should be managing this hotel
