Staff were great and rooms were very clean. Food was fine and there seemed to always be enough even if one had to wait a few minutes for things to be replenished. Downside was that overall the rooms and public areas were very tired and in need of complete refurbishment/replacement. Sunbathing areas not sufficient for numbers of guests, a large number of sun loungers need replacing, very few (like none!) outdoor areas available for non-smokers which meant one had to walk through crowds of smokers constantly.

Stayed here 3 times years ago and the hotel is in need of an upgrade. It was clean and the food was better than we expected. The location is excellent. Close to the airport so no waiting around on transfers just jump in a taxi.

Avoid !!
This is possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in , checked into room 141 and was disgusted with the smell and black damp on the ceiling and wall , no light coming in, when you open the patio door you was faced with a brick wall We complained so was moved to room 130 , which was just as bad , dark and unclean , couldn’t get a lounger around the pool as they was Queing up at 8:30am We was just appalled at the state of the hotel so we decided to check out and book some where nice and clean !

I’ve stayed here at least 20 times but this time it wasn’t good there wasn’t enough staff in the dining room always running out of cups and cutlery the food wasn’t good ate out in the evenings even though I’d paid all inclusive

It was reasonably clean and spacious. The lobby/reception area was open, light and spacious, the reception staff were friendly. The hotel was noisy. There was a black bag of rubbish in one of the corridors for the whole 24 hours we were there. There was a kitchenette with microwave and sink but hardly any kitchen ware. The furniture was old and worn. The location (i.e. the town) was downbeat, tired and tacky. We would never stay there again.

The pool when you can get to it property needs a good uplift it’s such a nice hotel it’s a shame it needs a refit and food needs different varieties instead of having jam in one pot need separate little small jams and yoghurt’s Need more staff to clean tables tables were extremely full with dirty plates and cutlery nowhere to sit unless you cleaned it yourself

Anniversary week away
Stayed here for a week all inclusive.e mailed the hotel to ask for a high floor in a quiet part of the hotel and thats what we got but had to wait till 3.00.the food was good .the beer was good.the location was great right in the middle of the resort.this is a 2 star hotel no 3 4 or5 star please remember this and the money you have paid.overall had a very good week and would recomend you give it a try.great weather as well.

Food and staff absolutely excellent. Beyond expectations. Accomodation we had could do with an update which is happening to some rooms but bed comfy. Fabulous stay but too noisy for evening entertainment including guests that a hotel can never take the blame for. Went out elsewhere every evening as too loud. Swimming pool excellent and hotel always felt very clean although dated and shabby .

Very basic, the food is quite frankly poor - there is no real quality, inedible for parts. It's a shame as the location is great - easy access to the rest of Caleta de Fuste. It is also very noisy - at least, in the road-facing apartment we stayed in, with music often lasting until 5/5.30am from nearby bars. Disappointing to say the least, but not entirely their fault.

Two night stay at Valentine's
We had a one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a large balcony facing north (getting late afternoon sun) which was away from main roads and the noisy pool area. Apartment really basic but very clean. Wasn’t overly keen on everyday food in restaurant, but meats cooked 'show cooking' style were good; overall for what we paid the All Inclusive was worth it for unlimited e.g. San Miguel, G&T, Guacamole Cocktails and Irish Cream. Special mention for the lovely Valentine's events laid on by the hotel which made our brief stay here really special. Only gripes were evening queues at the bar but the staff were fantastically efficient. Also some of the noise from adjacent karaoke bars from across the street. Nonetheless these are not directly a problem with the hotel. All staff in this hotel are cheerful and friendly but other than the bar queues after dinner and noise from midnight til 3am we enjoyed our stay and would come back again soon. As it's excellent value for money and a good central location, I would stay again for a cheap short break but no longer than 2 or 3 nights before a change of scenery to somewhere else. Pros •Proximity to airport and beach •Proximity to main Caleta de Fuste bus station (FYI the #3 bus to airport and capital city is about 1.40€ each way!) •Value for money Cons •Evening queues at All Inclusive bar •Number of sun beds at pool •Noise from various karaoke bars opposite hotel

Well where do I start?? I would never stay here again. The property is very run down and dirty. We had a room facing the front on the road, there was a pub/disco which pumped up loud music until 6am In the morning, no sleep whatsoever. Food very poor selection.The only thing that is good about it is the staff.

You get what you pay for
Myself and my partner arrived on the 18th August hotel staff were on the ball very friendly welcoming info given about the hotel wristbands on couldn't do.enough for you. We were given room 104 which was on the main drag was very noisy asked at reception if we could change rooms no hesitation we were given room 132 very quiet and right outside the pool. Rooms very clean always got cleaned more or less everyday and clean linen. Good ok not the best need to be a bit quicker on service and need more staff. Excellent friendly bar staff. Plenty of bags and resturants on your door step little train for €2 each takes you to different places through the town. We had an excellent stay can't wait to come back.

Perfect for a good value, sunshine break
The hotel is basic but spotless. Rooms are spacious if a little tired. Food is good, you can always find something to eat. Staff are extremely helpful. If you keep in mind what you paid for your stay then its totally worth it. The pool is lovely. Very central to all restaurants, shopping and bars. 10 minute transfer from airport. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Checked in and was offered a nasty little room below road level in the corner of the hotel . On enquiring if anything better was available the receptionist said there wasnt anything nicer available and the hotel was fully booked . There were not enough sunbeds , chairs available and the area around the pool was not sufficient for all of the guest. The overflow being the roof area. There was a constant flow of unhappy guests venting there issues at reception. The hotel seemed understaffed with all of the staff constantly firefighting. Amazingly the food was ok , with not a lot of selection but probably the best part of the all inclusive package .

Never, ever again.. the hotel is like a prison landing, all bathrooms are interior with vents going in to the interior corridor. It stinks, it is putrid smelling. The balcony backs on to a wall at basement level, anyone walking past (hundreds per hour) are no more than 10 feet away looking down in to your room, so keeping the doors closed is a must for the people looking in, and kept open to clear the putrid smell of 100 other bathrooms after curry night.. In the UK this would be closed down as a health hazard. The food was very hit and miss, bad days were bad, (we ate out too often for all inc) the good days were average at best. We actually called hotels.com to try and get us out, the hotel refused a refund leaving us stuck their, for an extra 5 euro per day we could have a room upstairs with ventilation so it did not smell so bad. The staff were useless and unhelpful, would never ever return. I suggest staying anywhere else but here.. You have been warned.

Close to the beach, close to shops very convenient, the staff could not do enough for you,they made you feel welcome and tried so hard to make you comfortable. All the staff were amazing, this hotel brought in a new manager 2 year's ago, and the improvements he has implemented in this hotel in that time is amazing, I must mention Herman on reception he was so obliging and really put himself out to make you comfortable in the hotel. second visit for us. absolutely love this place . the hotel is a little tired ( I prefer authentic) staff are welcoming and obliging , very friendly and helpful .clean comfortable accommodation, our poolside apartment was lovely .great variety of fresh food and super selection off all inclusive drinks. highly recommend this hotel as a perfect base for a perfect holiday . we will be back ! What a Dissapointment
I suppose you can say you get what you pay for. Very disappointed as it was suppose to be a relaxing holiday for me and my husband but the hotel was more like a Sun (the newspaper) £9.50 caravan holiday. So many kids left running around the hotel unwatched by their Parents. No real entertainmentset up for kids just one poor guy trying his best He also tried sorting out some entertainment for evenings for children and adults but even then the kids were involved all night. Most places would have stopped kids at 9 pm but not here. As for bar OMG you had to queue at the one and only bar to get drinks as well as the kids getting ice cream tubs right up til 11pm and end of AI . Food was very very basic lots of frozen food not much fresh veg If you like chips then your set as not really any other type of potatoes served But I will say the quality of the meat at Meat station was very good. It said in description Snack food served at bar well all you had to choose from was Hot dog or toasted cheese and ham sandwich. Also on the bar you had a cocktail menu I was absolutely disgusted that you only had a choice of 3 cocktail others you had to pay for even then due to long queues the bar staff wouldn't make them As for the pool It was so small with not a lot of room around the sides and sun beds piled up in the evening and padlocked that some people actually payed their towels in the places they wanted to save for the beds, plus loads of inflatables 2weeks and didn't get a chance in pool

Good central location.
Studio apartment was dated but adequate for all inclusive needs. Clean on arrival. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. The hotel does need modernisation and there was evidence of little bits being done. The restaurant was relatively full most of the time and I went whilst children in UK were at school. Cannot imagine how long you would have to wait when hotel at full capacity though. The food was v good for me. The hotel's location was brilliant and all the area around it was just about all flat so ideal for those less able. All in all a good holiday.

I stayed for one week on an all inclusive basis but that's not what Expedia had booked for me. I had to pay extra for all inclusive and sort the issue out upon my return. This is 3* accommodation and only just merits that. Rooms are clean and basic. There is a queue at 9:30am for sun beds which are available from 10am but beds are claimed by people and barely used. I never managed to get a bed and even just before 6pm when the pool closed I saw towels on beds which weren't being used! Children were allowed to play football in the lobby area at 11pm at night and also used the stairs and corridors as a playground regardless of the time of day/night. This isn't necessarily the hotels fault but the parents although the hotel security should stop this happening. The resort is nice and is clearly being developed especially the man made beach. Good choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Disappointing
It took over an hour to check in and they tried to charge me an extra 105 euros but couldn't tell me why. I ended up paying 51 euros just to get in my room - it turned out they thought they might not get any money from Expedia. Although the hotel is central and the staff were quite nice and helpful after my check in disaster, there were a few too many cockroaches in my room. And no kettle. Priorities, people! The rooms really need updating - I could tell when my next door neighbours were turning over in bed, the walls were so thin and the beds so noisy. And anyone using the toilet nearby could be clearly heard.

Misleading Advert
When I booked the advert said it was all inclusive , when I arrived I was told it was not, trying to resolve this at the hotel , and indeed with Hotels.com was extremely frustrating and with NO resolve

You get what you pay for
As a cheap place to stay in a good location this place is ideal, if you are not too fussy on the little things. We stayed on a self catering basis, the room facilities were very basic, obvious things missing being a kettle and toaster these however are available as extras if you wish to pay for them. As is a fan for the room, annoying when there is a ceiling fan in place but with the fan blades missing. The security safe in the room was one of the most expensive to hire that i have found recently. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool for the number of rooms in the hotel, so there is a mad rush at 9am when the pool man unlocks them. Only for most people to then put their towels out and disappear for most of the day, very frustrating if you didnt manage to get a bed and actually want to use the pool. The was the first time for many years that i have been expected to pay for the use of the TV in the room, only one channel is available free (BBC world news) all the other channels have to be unlocked by paying $4.50 per day or $20 per week. The room was very compact especially the bathroom, the balcony had just enough room for a table and two chairs (one broken) and a clothes drier. However the staff were friendly and helpful and there was a 2 for 1 happy hour in the bar from 3 - 5pm and 8 - 10pm so that kept the non all inclusive guests happy for a while.

Hope it doesn't rain
It rained during the night, and ended up flooding our room which was on the ground floor. We had to vacate to another room on the 1st floor in the middle of the night. Poor maintenance was to blame!

Ganz besonders gefallen hat mir das Essen,zu jedem Zeitpunkt große Auswahl, es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und war sehr abwechslungsreich. Außerdem hat mich die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals erfreut. Ich habe ein Geburtstagsgeschenk erhalten.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione ottima: vicino ai locali e ad una bellissima spiaggia. Struttura un po' datata ma sempre pulita e funzionale. Buono il servizio all inclusive e cibo dicreto e vario. Personale gentile. Consigliatissimo!!!!
