It's a short walk to the train station, which has direct trains to Cannes and Monaco (we went to both); the beach is across the road and there are lots of great places to eat along the beachfront and in the Centre. Last, but not least, our host Sylvie was fantastic - thank you for everything! Beach is literally across the street and you can choose to go private or public. The flat has everything you need and that view is just special. There was some impromptu work going on and a sudden outage of electricity but the owner dealt with it pretty quickly and was constantly in contact to ensure I was ok.
