You can see Port Vauban and Fort Carré by looking to the right through the window. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It's made of \- Two adjoining bedrooms \- An open and well-equipped kitchen \- A large living room, with sofa, TV, air conditioning \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate WC The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and double glazing. Gravette beach is less than 500 meters away, and Ponteil beach is less than one km away. The apartment is only 50 meters from the Place Nationale, bustling with restaurants and passers-by, which hosts the Brocante market twice a week. Go down for an ice cream, take a walk in the old town or go get croissants or pissaladière on the square. Go see a play at the Antibea theater a few steps from the apartment or a movie in the new Cinema Marenda Lacan complex (opening planned for summer 2023!) near the Post Office. Everything can be done on foot, but you can also park your car nearby (Weekly packages available: q-park pré des pecheurs) All amenities, shops and boutiques for shopping are accessible nearby, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy... In season, the little train from the Post Office can take you to Juan Les Pins, where you can spend the day and discover other beaches. Juan also offers a famous Jazz festival in summer (Jazz a Juan), and will seduce you with its bars and restaurants that make its reputation for nightlife! A park for children is also available in front of the Post Office, in front of the Carrefour where you will find everything you need to do your shopping. The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and squares where the Antibes meet on the terraces of cafes and restaurants.
