We spent four days in Swandor Topkapi Hotel in March 2024. The hotel is very good, providing excellent services for the guests. We had 7-year old granddaughter with us, she enjoyed a kid's club, staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the help of Valentina and Veronika at the kid's club. The hotel provides all-inclusive food and drinks, excellent quality. We enjoyed the service in the restaurant, the waiter Mazhar provided very good service during the dinner, making the feel of a la carte restaurant during the buffet dinner. We recommend this hotel for the family vacations

Everything was nice about the hotel and resort. Me and my family had a really nice time there. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and so much variety was available. The only issue we had was when we went outside the area the price of things and the way they deal with those that they know have come from europe. They charge you more and usually tell you the price in euro currancy instead of turkish lira. The taxi drivers in the area also have an agreement with each other and their prices are too high. This isnt related to the hotel but just an observation and something to look out for when visiting this area.

Overall, a lovely resort but they had closed many facilities and it left me disappointed (e.g. the beach area, water slides, bars and restaurants etc). The resort said it was due to winter but this was not communicated prior to arrival or during booking. In the main restaurant, a cat jumped on our table and started to eat our food! The massage from the Spa was really good and the cleaners in the room did an excellent job.

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! Unprofesional staff wich deal with customer on phone and WhatsApp, manager couldn't deal with our situation. From 5 days 4 of them roon wasn't clear because my boy have blisters from chicken pox. I showed them and explained is not contagious and they refusr to colaborate and send someone for room cleaning. Poor wifi in the room. Found insects in the bathroom Swimming pool end of May is not heated, terrible cold water in it

Terrible experience, food-disaster, Stay-mediocre!
This was one of the terrible experiences that we have ever had at a resort. Firstly, the type of room that we were initially allotted with a terrible view, secondly delayed room services or bell boy visits. Thirdly, Faulty Air Condition, electric point connector/adaptor unavailability. Fourth and most important, awful food/dine-in experience. It is better to focus on quality than quantity/variety. there was a lot of wastage of food, felt like stale food was being offered which had either no or terrible taste.

We stayed there from 11-23 Oct. The best thing was the food - its variety, quantity & quality were amazing. The produce was always fresh and abundant. Another very good thing was our clean & spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Also beautiful scenery, of course. Now not so good things were very loud music almost 24/7, but the worst was the unsafe beach. True, there was some sand, but mostly pebbles when you first go into the sea, and we stumbled (more than once - and in fact hurt our feet) on some big rocks that looked like construction material leftovers and even some hardware (!) - some metal pipes. Other than that - it was wonderful. The staff was very professional and friendly. Big kudos to our waiter from Hanedan restaurant, name Islam. His service was superb!

As for foreign objects in the sea, lifeguards keep that area under constant surveillance and carry out the necessary cleaning operations. When there is a foreign object in the sea, immediate action is taken. Swandor was a lovely place with lots of things to do with family, entertainment for the kids was great. It’s only a 15mins taxi to The Land of Legends and so very convenient. Great staff, we really enjoyed our stay!

Kundu tarafında ikinci konaklamam. Otel genel olarak iyi. Belek otelleri ile kıyaslandığında eksikleri, diğer Antalya bölgeleri ile kıyaslandığında ise iyi durumda olan bir otel. Personel canla başla çalışıyor. Yemekler oldukça bol fakat lezzeti konusunda aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Tatlılar daha başarılı. Alakart restoranda akşam yemeği için müsaitlik olmayınca serpme kahvaltıyı denedik. Şunu söylemem gerekir ki her şey çok fazla sunuluyor ve çoğu israf oluyor. Örneğin yumurtayı 3 ayrı şekilde servis etmeye veya iki kişi için kocaman bir kalıp kaymağı koymaya gerek yok. Ürünler tükendikçe ikram etmek daha mantıklı olur. Bu da naçizane tavsiyem.

We loved our stay. I loved waking around the property and accessing the gym. Every need was well met. We did get a bit tired of the buffet food but we are very used to cooking most of our meals back home so I think we just missed that. The food was great and there was a nice variety. Even if you are on a healthy meal plan it would be easy. I loved that you could walk out onto the pier and even have a beach chair on the pier at no extra cost. We don’t drink alcohol a lot but the few drinks we had were very nice. I also noticed even though you can get all the drinks you want we didn’t see anyone too drunk or disturbing others. We also enjoyed the late check out amenities. Entertainment was so great we only left one time to do a boat trip. The illusion show was my favorite. My son enjoyed the soccer pitch when he wasn’t jumping off the pier or sliding on the slides. He can be a bit shy but the entertainment team got him engaged with the daily soccer games.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Can’t say that we liked it. They advertise as they have 5 restaurants all inclusive. In reality 1 big dinning restaurant that serves pretty much the same food over and over again. On day 3 you will be tired of eating it. Food quality 3 out 5. Another restaurant by the beach with limited selection and serves the same food. Restaurant number 3 serves from 10pm to 7am. They put whatever is left over from the whole day in there. The other 2 restaurants are extra. One of them charge 25eu per person I believe. Enough bars around the hotel to grab a drink or cup of tea. Cocktails taste and quality is below average. I liked the hot tea and nuts mix. Our room wasn’t cleaned good enough. It looked like they just put new towels. The stuff mostly speaks Turkish or Russian. But you can get around if you speak English. My sister stayed at another hotel (Titanic Mardan Palace) next to us. I went to visit her and it was so much better. From friendly stuff to great cocktails and desserts I could try there. I wish I paid extra and stayed at that hotel. FYI, if you have a guest visit. It must be before 6pm and for 30min. Anything past 6pm or more than 30min it’s extra charge. 25-30$ for a taxi ride from and to the airport. Don’t let them charge you more. Overall we were not satisfied with our stay. Definitely not coming back or recommending to our family members or friends.

- Swandor Hotel fell short of its claimed 5-star luxury. - Facilities were disappointing, with surcharges for everything, even tennis. - WiFi awful & non existing in most places - The pool was disorganized and cold, and the "beach" was a patch of grass with a steep step. - Unclean communal toilets and a gym without air conditioning were a letdown. - Luggage storage upon checkout was insecure, with no service to speak of. - Limited to one small towel per person. - Unhelpful guest relations and unwelcoming reception staff. - Staff often occupied with their phones, lacking attention to guests. - Food was repetitive and served lukewarm. - Limited beverage choices, with extra charges for branded or bottled drinks. - The entertainment team, particularly Shamil, was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay. - One of the worst hotel experiences, far from the promised luxury.

Great property but rooms were a bit dated. we had an issue as our room was not cleaned for 1 whole day despite having requested it to be cleaned 4 times it was finally cleaned when we complained again at 11 pm at night. Also the staff at the restaurants seemed overworked and rushed hence gave a poor service for a 5 *hotel otherwise the location and the property amenities were great.

The buffet food was awful. Same food every single day which got boring and repeatitive. Half of the staff cannot speak english and couldnt tell me whether the food was vegetarian or not. The food was poorly marked. The pasta sauce was marked 'tomato sauce' however as i took a bite there were beef bits in there (thought it was veg when i served), the soup had bits of meat at the bottom but not stated. The only a la carte restaurant which was free was another turkish with poor food for vegetarians. She basically served me with a plate of spaghetti (plain no sauce) and chips. For how much we paid, the food was awful. Everything else was spot on.

We enjoyed our stay at the Swandoor. The hotel is family friendly and has all the amenities you would need. We did have an issue with our first room given. We have a young baby and they decided to give us a room next to the pool where the music was loud and played all day. Reception would good enough to swap our rooms for a much quieter room. I thought they would have given us such a room in the first place given they know we had a baby. The main restaurant was very good. An excellent choice of food and it was of good quality. The star of the hotel is the beach and pier. It was stunning. The hotel was quite isolated and was not easy to get around. Avoid the taxis called by the hotel. They rip off tourists. Uber does not work in Antalya.

It is a great place to stay with your family and to enjoy every moment of your stay at Swandor Hotel & Resort Topkapi Palace. It has an amazing location, it has private beautiful beach with many beach chairs. Next to the beach you will find a restaurant where you can have your meal all day long. It opens from 11:00 am till 6:00 pm. The resort offers great shows every night. The shows usually start at 9:00pm and goes for an hour. Friendly staff and entertainment team, who always willing to help you if you got lost or have any questions about the resort. Food was delicious and fresh. The main buffet offers unlimited varieties of dishes, desserts, dressings, etc. The view from my room was stunning. I booked family duplex two-bedroom room with a balcony. The view from my room was on the main pool with the partial sea view as well. I was greeting sunsets from my balcony every single evening of my stay. It was wonderful moment!!! I left my vacation only with the positive feelings about this resort. Magnificent place, professional staff, great food, fantastic sea and its beach!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!

Had a great time here, the waiters were excellent and very attentive. Food was good too each day however the menu got a bit repetitive. There’s always something fun to do each day as the entertainment team kept the park busy
