Spacious resort with lots of natural shade

Advantages: the hotel has a lot of facilities for children and adults. The food is very decent for a resort a capacity of 2,000 guests. The rooms are spacious for a family of four. Cons: toilet in the room needs to be renovated and the pool toilets are dirty most of the day. Few receptionists were very impolite.

Excellent hotel, great staff.

Pros: The cleanliness and staff
Cons: Really need to have more lifeguards. This may be 'management' trying to save costs. The room could have been vacuumed a little better!
Location: Antalya shopping and other local shops.
The 12 day stay was excellent. Food was good and varied, also a bonus that you can use the facilities in the neighbouring hotel (Kremlin Palace). Must admit we did need to wake up early to reserve sun loungers in a decent location! although if you're not fussy there were plenty of loungers. One thing that was glaringly clear was all the toilets were incredibly clean. Staff were all helpful, although we did have one grumpy waiter when my son took a serviette from another table. The kids club was 'free' but usually the activities they did (pony rides, painting T shirts etc) required payment, and not that cheap, so a little annoying. They had a diving centre and allowed kids to try out scuba diving in the pool for free for a couple of minutes. If they liked it, you could pay to take them to the sea. Did a fantastic job, kids loved it! The tables at dinner, breakfast could be hard to find if you went early for dinner or late for breakfast. Although if you arrived earlier for breakfast or waited until the mini disco started there were plenty of tables. Sometimes service at the tables for drinks was slow, but found that if I went to the bar, they served you quickly (and sometimes before the waiters!) Slides were good and open for a couple of hours in the morning and again in the afternoon. Although one slide is closed in the morning and the other one in the afternoon because the pump can not cope with both. They did keep the other two slides open. Not an issue for us.

Luxuspreis im Massen-Touri-Tempel - laut und teuer

Gebucht, weil ein Kongress im Nachbarhotel war. Preis abnorm hoch, Frühstück qualitativ mangelhaft, alles lätschig, Kaffee ungenießbar, Touristen-Massenabfertigung. Hab das Frühstück abgebrochen und hungrig aufs Zimmer zurück,.. Mein Zimmer, obwohl ganz nett, wurde mir als "Super" und was weiß ich angeboten. Disko und Lärm die halbe Nacht,... Die Relation Preis-Angebot stimmt nicht,.. Und das Höchste der Gefühle: trotz ca 160,- EUR Zimmerpreis wurde 7Eur pro Tag WiFi verlangt!

Wir bewirten jährlich mehr als 400.000 Gäste in unserem Hotel und erreichen stets eine Gästezufriedenheit von über 90% in den Umfragen die wir jede Woche machen. Ihre Kommentare über unser Frühstück, können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen, da wir alle Gebäckwaren frisch aufbacken. Des Weiteren bieten wir frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Pancakes und Pişis (türkisches Frühstücksgebäck) an. Wir bedauern sehr, das wir Ihren persönlichen Geschmack nicht getroffen haben, doch bietet unser Frühstücksbuffet eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Käse-, Wurst-, Marmeladen- und Gemüsesorten sowie eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Frühstückscerealien und Joghurts an. WiFi wird im Bereich der Lobby sowie im Game Center kostenfrei angeboten, ist im Zimmer jedoch gegen Gebühr. Diese Information ist in unseren FactSheet vorhanden und in den Hotelbeschreibungen der einzelnen Veranstalter ebenso. Die Disco ist in einiger Entfernung zu den Zimmern und in einem eigenen Gebäude aus Stein. Eine Lärmbelästigung durch Musik aus der Disco können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Personalen i lobbyn gav inte bra service till alla . Personalen var väldigt nochalant när man gjorde beställning hände det flera gånger att man aldrig fick den. Hotellet var långt ifrån stan och annan shopping.

İş için gittim, ama beğenmedim, odalar restauranta çok uzak her gün 1 km yürüyordum, odada internet günlük 7 Euro hangi çağda yapıyoruz Allah aşkına insaf ya, ne tatil için ne de iş için bir daha asla konaklamam, tavsiye de etmiyorum

Topkai Palace

Ett tips om du tex har nöt allergi. Se till att du har allergin dokumenterad på turkiska eftersom många av hotellets rätter innehåller just nötter, tex ravioli med spenat visade sig innehålla muskotnöt, de flesta efterrätter var kryddade med pistagenöt osv. vattenparken var rolig men höll stängt mitt på dagen...detsamma gällde cafet, glassen kom ut sent och togs in tidigt när vi var där. Hängmattorna vid stranden var ljuvliga och poolen stor. Trevligt med många mindre resturanger på området. Dessutom smidigt läge med stadsbussarna som stannade utanför hotellet vilket gjorde det lätt att shoppa i "city" vilket var bra eftersom priserna på hotellet både kiosk och övriga affärer var höga en twisterglass kostade tex 25sek!

If somebody has a nut allergy than a written paper for the kitchen staff would be really helping since many dishes in turkey are made with nuts. Helt greit

Pros: Gode fasiliteter ift. spisesteder (for eks. 3-4 steder man kan spise lunsj). Morsomme badesklier for barn. Middagen er god, ønsker man noe annerledes enn bufe mat, kan man reservere bord på et av de andre "spesial restaurentene" for 5€ pr. pers. Flinke animasjonsfolk. God kapasitet på solsenger, men vi var der i oktober. Cons: Noe gammelt/slitent hotellrom til tross for at housekeeping var veldig flinke og hyggelig. Dårlig frokost, osten var for eks. svært mistenkelig lite ostaktig. Lite hyggelig og servicevennlig resepsjon. Ps. bassengkantene var veldig glatte og man kunne lett skli og slå seg. Et helt greit All Inclusive hotell for de som ønsker en rolig ferie og ikke har behov for altfor mye.
