Plenty and excellent variety of food.
The layout of the hotel into several blocks was a good idea keeping noise to a minimum of people around.Beds were quite hard but this seems normal in Turkey Food choice was excellent although the guests queuing seemed impatient to wait behind others.It was irritating that exta services seemed to be pushed in an all inclusive hotel.Information on what was included was provided on a sheet at reception on request.The chefs are to be commended and also the chambermaids.I would particularly like to mention one of the young bar men who was also a footballer,who service was excellent who was genuinely friendly.

The stuff was not friendly at all they didn't help us at all everything you need you have to pay even for wifi service also the food was not good and not fresh and whatever we need they didn't help us and you couldnt invite any friend to the room if you invite someone you have to pay .. it was terrible hotel

Pros: 1- close to beach 2- staff speak English 3- nice big pool area 4- clean hotel overall Cons: 1- Wi-Fi didn’t work even when I paid the extra fee (I got refunded) 2- it’s a little overpriced for (all inclusive) stay 3- gym area was really in bad condition (couldn’t enjoy my workout - lack of lightings- some equipments didn’t work- dirty (found two dead cockroaches) also the gym is in the spa section in the basement so every time I went to the gym the staff would try to sell me their packages which I wasn’t interested in at all (that was a little annoying) 4- it’s a family hotel so kids can be a little loud in the pool area

My experience in tas hotel
The location of the hotel was fine. The receptionist guy who works in the evening he is not helpful. I told him to change the bed as we booked and he didn’t change it, after two days i meet another receptionist and told him either you change the room or give me my money and let me go so in that time he changed my room. The food was fine, its just the same food as the dormitory for universities. The stuff who is giving the food was nice. The cleaning of the room was bad. The owner of the hotel he pry for money. You have to pay everything. Even if your stay was all included. The time for the spa was too bad only two hours in the morning and two hours at night. So I personally will not stay there again at all.

Sea view is gap between in front hotels :))). cost every night 10 pounds, furniture in bad condition, no doors, dont slide correctly, lying mattresses, no shower gel. Food very cheap low selection. Free wifi lobby only. But sunny and warm and blue sea :)

Well we had 3 rooms booked, we arrived at approx 21/30 and I was told my room had a “technical error” and had to wait another hour. This wasn’t great after a 4.5 hour flight and a 2.5 hour drive from the airport I got the room and I kid you not when you opened the balcony door it basically opened out into their terrace bar, tables right next to it, everyone just sat there. They had no other rooms so I just shared with my friend. Also no food after 21:30pm only soup which is served for half an hour at 23:30. WiFi was terrible kept dropping in and out And also there is free parking but they don’t have a carpark or anything so leave your car at your own free will!!

Well i was disappointed first of all no facilities or any activities for kids even though it was noted on the property.. the food was tastless and the same especially breakfast every day the same and some food was from the previous day. Wifi very weak.. no body lotion or toothbrush. Very loud at night.. but the room is ok and clean and good location but there is no parking.

we were put in a very bad room for 2 days .
W e were given 3rd class room for 2 nights than on our request given a decent small room but room service was unbelievable bad. Bed sheets were only changed once during our stay and also fresh towels were given every 2nd day also shampoo and soap were given to us after 5days complaining to the manager. Food was never good and we survive only eating chips and soup. Staffs were polite and friendly only. We would not recommend our friends to stay there or anybody else. Star rating only 2 Stars.

The concierge was accommodating despite the considerable difficulties in sending e-mails to the front desk. Dinner was great, breakfast was very good. The noise levels and timing from the outdoor activities - especially the "good morning routine" were a major negative though.

Such a big disappointment
The hotel is displayed to look all fancy and everything but when you actually get there, the hotel is really small and cramped. the hallways are really narrow and the main lobby is really cramped too. I went to this hotel with my two children to find there were no other families with children, only seniors and not only was that a disappointment but no one hardly spoke English too. The swimming pool too wasn't in use. This resulted in me checking out early moving to another family-friendly hotel with my children which was way better than Tac Premier. I also wasn't given a refund on my early checkout which was a really big disappointment too.

Das erste Zimmer was wir bekommen hatten war alt und in der hintersten Ecke des Hotels. Außerdem war bei der Tür ein ca 2cm großer Schlitz. Nachdem wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben war es zum Teil besser. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, die „Terasse“ war genau auf der großen Dachterasse. Es saßen immer Menschen auf der Dachterasse und es war sehr laut. Der Duschkopf spritzte in alle Richtungen und der Duschvorhang bedeckte nur die Hälfte der Dusche. Nach Aufforderung wurde der Duschkopf getauscht, durch den nicht ausreichenden Duschvorhang stand das Badezimmer dennoch immer unter Wasser. An einem Tag stand nach dem Putzen die Balkontür auf und 2 mal kamen einfach Menschen ins Zimmer, einmal um eine neue Minibar zu bringen und einmal weil jemand nebenan seine Karte verloren hatte und gesagt hat unser Zimmer wäre sein Zimmer

The all inclusive food was surprisingly good. Good selection of meat, veg. and fruits and cakes. The Staff in the restaurant were outstanding and friendly also the staff in the pool and garden bar were very good. Pool area was nice,although there was a bit of the German reserve your sunbed with a towel early morning going on but that is not the hotels fault. SPA was nice and welcomming also the juwelery store located at the hotel was good. The reception were staff were not very helpful. you can only get one key per room. We ordered lunchpacks the day before our departure as we had to leave before breakfast time. The reception noted it down on their pad but didnt actually order it for us. So we left the hotel hungry without food. Our order for pocket wifi arrived but the reception didnt notify us, when we went to ask for it the next day, they just said, oh yes it arrived yesterday. Rooms were ok. Beds a little on the hard/firm side. Balcony was too hot to sit on as the aircondition unit was placed here and let out very hot air. The general condition of the room was worn. Cracks in the tiles in the bath and the showerhosehead didnt have a proper holder on the wall for it. Resulting in water on the floor outside the shower. Cleaning was good, but we did have a day in each room were the cleaning just didnt show up. But when they came they did a good job.

Das Personal hier ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Badezimmer benötigen eine Instandsetzung. Bei uns war der Lüfter defekt, der Fön hatte Kabelschäden und die Farbe an der Decke blätterte ab. Wir würden das Hotel nochmal buchen.
