It was miix of experiences.
It was mix of experience. I was amazed of their All inclusive things, they were giving us food almost all time of the day in all inclusive. But their room service was slow and sometime no response.

I will start with saying this is definitely not a 5* hotel, I would suggest 3* at best. This was a last minute holiday I had booked for myself and my sister and overall we were very disappointed. The food is below average and it's the same food every day which was not very appetizing. There seems to be no policies in regards to the sunbeds around the pool, our first night we noticed all the sunbeds had towels on each of them at 3am in the morning which to be honest is rather gross as well as the sunbeds practically sitting on top of each other, my sister and I ended up going to the beach everyday which is about a 10 minute walk. I had to remind the cleaners to clean our room on a couple of occasions as well has provide us with new towels which became rather annoying in the end. There is a sister hotel across the road which is a family resort that can use this hotels facilities however, there is not enough room for both sets of guests. On a good note, the waiters/waitresses and bar staff were very friendly and the showers were nice and hot :)

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel
The hotel is not a 5 star, it’s a 4 star. Good food overall. We wouldn’t go back unless it has discounted price. Guest relations Manager was a very nice lady. To the Ramada Management I would definitely tell them to change the rating of the hotel.

Good hotel we were there for 4days it was great vication the food was good but the drinks are not good enough for an alcoholic lover but the price is very very good for this hotel service thank you

Perfect family hotel
Perfect hotel for families, we were impressed with the overall service provided. Guest Relations team were excellent and always available to help. I liked the fact that staff were more than happy to help when asked but never insisting to help when not needed, just to try and get tips etc. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will be booking again next year.

Nice place to stay
This motel is a nice place to stay and it has problems with very poor signage making it very difficult to find, street address does not match anything on a Garmin or tom-tom GPS unit. None of the staff speak any sort of good English which you kind of expect from a world-class resort chain. There were kids everywhere, lots and lots of kids and they have some sort of entertainment in the nighttime that was way too loud and even on the seventh floor could be heard above the TV. This is not the place to stay for people who do not like children and do not like really loud noise. Having said all of this, the room was really large, well appointed and in my opinion a 9/10

The hotel itself is pleasant with good facilities.
Couple with 2 year old son, we were there from Aug 21st to Sept 4th 2014. The hotel was exceptionally busy and if you are not an early riser there was no way you could get a sunbed either at the pool or on the beach. Predominantly Russian and German guests so the usual towel on the lounger syndrome and no respect for queues in the buffet. There were not enough seats in the dinning rooms compared to the number of guests, this also applied to any of the nightly shows/activities provided. The room was cleaned daily and towels/sheets changed daily. AC was off at certain times of the day for whatever reason, the beds were very comfortable and sleeping was no problem.

Customer Service is Very Bad. Checkin took 3 hrs
Extremely Poor Customer Service. guest relations had no Idea how to accept booking and they were not honoruing the booking. Took 3 hours of argument and Phone Calls with hotels.com help line to Resolve the matter. I had to Pay Cash for Full Hotel Room Rate and then got Refund back Apparently the Hotel reservation system was not up to date with hotels.com & they were not honouring the reservation. The Front Desk staff are poorly trained to handle this kind of situation. They didn't even apologise for this mistake! However hotels.com was very sypportive and helped me to overcome this problem. Rooms are 3* and not 5* as advertised.

Service was outstanding. Staff makes you feel like home. Hotel ammenities, condition and cleanliness were excellent. Food was great. Spa service was a five star service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to relax and have a great time with there family or a getaway with friends. Overall very satisfied!

Conveniently located
Ramada resort, Lara was actually better than what I expected. Great environment for family with kids. Employees were very friendly and eager to assist. The food - breakfast and dinner buffet were great. There were plenty of options to please everyone's dietary habit. The daily programs (life band, acrobat show, children's shows, etc) were really entertaining. I spent a total of 5 days and i enjoyed every day of my stay.

Super tolles Hotel mit Strand und 4 Wasserrutschen
Super tolles Familienhotel. schöne grosse Zimmer. Zur Stadt nur 40 min mit dem 07 express bus. zur nächsten terra city shopping center nur 20 min mit dem 07 Express Bus. Mit dem Taxi von Flughafen bis zum Hotel zahlt man nur 8-9 Euro. Reichhlatiges Essen vorhanden. Wir werden das Hotel nochmal besuchen.

تقييم إقامتى فى فندق رامادا رسورت لارا
بصراحة كانت إقامة سيئة من حيث إستقبال النزلاء . يتعاملون بفظاظة مع النزيل. كما أن نظافة الغرفة كانت سيئة جدا . الواى فى كان مقطوع بالكلية عن الغرفة التى أقمنا فيها . وكنت أطلب منهم توضيح يقولوا سنرسل الموظف المختص لاصلاح العطل . ثم كذبوا على وقالوا أصلحها الموظف فى غبائكم . وهذا لم يحدث. ثم قبل يومين من انتهاء إقامتنا قالوا أن أن الكابل مقطوع ولا إمكانية لإصلاحه . كما أن المنطقة كانت تعج بالبعوض وأنا أعانى من حساسية مفرطة منه . كما أن نوعية الطعام لم تكن بذاك المستوى. أحياناً كانوا ينسوا محارم الحمام فتتصل على الرسبشن يقولون سنرسلها لكم ثم بعد ساعة تتصل لتستفسر عن طلبك يقولوا أرسلناه لك ثم تنتظر ثم تتصل . أنت محظوظ إذا أحضروا لك ما تريد ولو بعد طول إنتظار. فى يوم نسيت المنظفة أن تضع منشفة الارضيّة فى الحمام . إتصلنا لكى يحضروا واحدة وكالعادة لم يفعلوا . وبعد إستحمامى إنزلقت وأصبت يكتفى و ظهرى لان الارضيّة فى الحمام زلقة. بشكل عام كانت الخدمة والإقامة فى هذا الفندق تعيسة جدا.

Decent hotel, but the service could be improved
A decent hotel with a lovely pool and great resort area near the beach. The room was nice and location not to bad (20min from the city). The all-inclusive included only 1 restaurant (Mood buffet restaurant) if one stayed less than a week. And the food at the main restaurant Mood was not that great (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It was almost the same food everyday. The personal staff reception could improve on the their service and be more polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel do not have its own Airport Shuttle as it states here. What the hotel can do is call a private car or taxi for airport transportation. Overall its an nice hotel for the amount one pays.

Wir waren mit dem Zimmer und der Lage zufrieden , wurden von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption wegen einer Rolle Toilettenpapier 1,5 Stunden hingehalten und es wurde vor einer Menge von wartenden Menschen so getan als ob wir lügen würden , man wollte uns keine Rolle Toilettenpapier geben , weil wir angeblich schon eine bekommen hätten . Soetwas peinliches und unproffessionelles ist mir noch nie passiert. Absolut schlecht organisiert ! Nur wegen dem personal sage ich nie wieder Ramada Resort Lara .

Für ein paar Tage O.K. dennoch enttäuschend.
Für das Preisleistungsverhältnis, war das Hotel ungenügend. Die Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig und nicht wirklich sauber. Unter dem Bett war eine ziemlich starke Staubschicht .Das Personal machte mir einen überforderten Eindruck und kam kaum mit dem Service hinterher. Ich fande es auch eklig, dass die Aschenbecher mit dem gleichen Lappen geputzt wurden als der Tisch im Außenbereich. Nachts fiel es uns schwer im B. BLOCK zu schlafen, aufgrund der undichten Fenster, die den Lärm von der Disko durchließen. Das Essen war am ersten Tag sehr gut, dennoch gab es jeden Tag fast das gleiche, dass dann irgendwann nicht mehr schmeckt. Wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht.

Ramada Resort Lara Antalya SAĞLIK REZALETİ
9 günlük tatil süresinin ilk bir haftasını hoş geçirdik diyebilirim! Bir hafta sonunda 15 aylık bebeğimiz rahatsızlandı olabilir dedik ve otel doktoruna müracaatta bulunduk... Rus'tan bozma ancak para soran bir hemşire ve 80 dolar karşılığında zoraki muaneye gelen bir doktor henüz bebeğime bakmadan vücudunda çıkmış olan anlam veremediğiniz lekelerin sinek ısırığı olduğunu söyleyip arkasına dahi bakmadan çekip gitti!!!! Sonrası gün Konya'ya döndüğümüzde hastanede sabahlamak zorunda kalan bizler!!! Oysaki bebeğin vücudunda çıkan o lekelerin tatil bölgelerinde sıkça görülen genelliklede havuzdan geçen bir virüs olup el ve ayak sendromu olduğunu öğrendiğimizde iş işten geçmiş ve bebeğim 39,5 ateşle Konya medova Hastanesi acil servisinde harap ve bitap bir şekilde acıdan kıvranıyordu ki Hale'n çok rahatsız!!!! Otelin sağlık ekibini yeterince kontrol edip etmediğini bilmek en doğal hakkımız değilmi sizcede bunca yaşamış olduklarımızdan sonra????

Otel çok kalabalık . Müşteri sayısı ile sosyal alanlar çok uyumsuz. Her saatte otelin heryerinde kuyruk var. Yiyeceklerde son derece kalitesiz . Kimseye tavsiye etmem . Fiyatı benzer otellere göre daha ucuz ama değmez ..

Değerli Misafirimiz; Zaman ayırıp yorum yazdığınız için teşekkür ederiz. Ancak çok üzgün olduğumuzu da söylemek isteriz. Yorumların bizi geliştirdiğini belirtmek isterim. Hizmet ve fiyat politikasını karşılaştırdığımız zaman, çok daha üstünde hizmet verdiğimizi gönül rahatlığı ile söyleyebilirim.Restoran ve lobimizi yeterli kapasitedir. Misafirler genel olarak akşam yemeğine saat 20:00 gibi gittikleri için bazen kalabalık olabiliyor. Akşam yemeği saati 18:30-21:30 arasındadır. Böyle bir durumda daha erken yemeğe gidebilirdiniz. Ya da bazen misafirler 2 kişi oluyor ve 4 kişilik masaya oturuyorlar. Böylece zaman zaman sıkışıklık oluyor. Friendly personnel, good location, great beech In April. Restaurant was always too crowded ( hard to find a place to sit), water slides (3/ out of 4) were open only 4 hours a day. Kids club didn't have any interesting activities.

Not recommended
This is my honest opinion. I arrived at the hotel at 20:00. The lobby was filled with drunk and noisy people. The reception was very busy. The staffs were nice but looked exhausted. Maybe because they were tired, they made a mistake to charge me twice for the room. I had to call up to get the refund 10 days later. The interior of the room was nice, but the floor was sticky. At 23:00, I went to bed. I couldn't sleep because I could hear the voice and TV noise from next door (The walls are very thin). I had to call up the reception three times in total to get the "Night Manager" to ring the room and ask them to be quiet. When the room was finally silent, it was already after midnight. After all of this, I didn't feel like having the free breakfast which I paid in advance and took off right away.
