I was very pleased with the room, i had a junior suite and it was impressive. The food was also very good, for every meal there were great options full of flavor. Staying in the winter some things were closed as advertised but the parts that were open were great.

While the staff exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanor, there were notable issues during my stay. Despite room service, the floor remained untidy, necessitating a specific request for cleaning. Additionally, the shower's drainage became blocked on the first day, and certain facilities were in need of maintenance. On a positive note, the variety of meal options was extensive, albeit overwhelming, and the cleanliness of the toilets was commendable.

The hotel is good, very friendly service, Rooms are very big and comfort. The food is good. But (!) There are a lot of (cute but not so clean) cats everywhere, even in the restaurants, go on the tables even when you eating. I have an allergic to cats, so I had a lot of problems every day that’s really Ruined my vacation.

We protect them and respect their natural habitat.Cats are regularly checked by a veterinarian who suggests feeding them with dry cat food which helps prevent parasites and disease.The cats that we protect are vaccinated and well-groomed. As of November, many hotels in Beldibi Region are closing. Other cats in the area also come to our hotel area. We detect that other cats are strangers immediately, we care for them and follow them.All general area cleaning and disinfection are carried out daily in the hotel. Of course we do not welcome cats in our closed area and doing our best to avoid cats entering hotel.Our hotel complies with all precautions and rules along with the rules of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism. Malesef eski zamanlarını aratan bir otel haline dönmüş… Servis anlamında çok büyük sorunları var. Birkaç eski çalışanı tenzih ederek söylemek istiyorum, deneme oteli ayarında bir hizmet var. Çatal bıçak isteğime şurdaki servis aracının üstünden alabilirsiniz cevabını bile aldım. Yetersiz sayısının yanında neredeyse yüzde 80 inin 15 yaşında liseli / meslek yüksekokulu çocuğun çalıştığı bir yapıda kaliteli hizmet beklentinin çok altında.. Tesis güzel bir tesis ancak yönetim konusunda ciddi sorunları da var. Belli saatlerde havlu verilmesi ve belli saatlere sıkışmış bir takım temel hizmetler… Mesela 17-19 saatleri arası yiyecek bulmanın neredeyse imkansız olması… Kısacası köklü değişikliklerin elzem hale geldiği Rönesans grubunun mirasını yiyen bir otel…

February Chill time...
Very nice Hotel with great facilities..We had a standard room which was big with a reception area with sofa desk and TV and then the bedroom with massive bed and TV.. Staff very friendly and obliging.. The location within a forest was very chilling.. It was very quite and relaxing there in February but I can imagine it very noisy in middle of the season and the tranquility gone..

We have been here 5 times over the past 7 years and always enjoy our break. The grounds are huge and well kept, the food in both the buffet and specialty restaurants is incredibly fresh (organically grown in their own farm) and everything is kept extremely clean and tidy.

nice hotel, maybe 4 not 5 srar
room was nice, confusion over late check out which i believe happens a lot according to trip advisor, so double check this with a manager and in plenty of time to pack before kick out time! lots of food but same things everyday, only one shower in the spa to use on check out so give yourself plently of time. steak restaurant was good, so much food, worth the money, can pay lira or euros for restaurants and watersports.

Pleasant weekend away
My 6 o/y Daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. We had a Family suite and we're extremely impressed with how spacious and well laid out it was - it had a complete second shower room which was a big plus for me. The suite was very clean and in-room amentities were good (as some Hotels only like to provide water). I found the staff extremely professional, friendly and attentive and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. Although not owned by the Hotel I felt the Spa was a little 'tired' and could do with a 'refresh' but the treatments I had were very good. It was a pity (due to low season) the 'mini club' wasn't manned during the day - as it appeared to be able to cater to all areas of activity. I would like to revisit during 'high' season to compare.

Treated like royalty
We had an exceptional stay at the Renaissance! It was even better then we expected! We were met with a glass of champaigne and when they heard it was my wife's birthday, they immediately upgraded our room to a suite! They also went to extra lengths to get us into the by-reservation-only restaurant that night, where we were again treated as royalty for my wife's bday. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr gut, grosse Auswahl. Früchte waren nicht immer ganz frisch oder schon verfault. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich herabgekommen. Die Sofas/Sessels in der Lounge ziemlich alt und nicht sauber. Die Tapeten an den Wänden lösen sich auch schon. Überall Katzen, dementsprechen riecht es auch an einigen Orten sehr streng. Habe Kleider zur Reinigung gegeben, die Kleider kamen wieder mit Flecken retour, habe es gemeldet und es wurde vom Preis abgezogen. Es war aber trotz allem ein angenehmer aufenthalt.

Безопасно, уютно и очень вкусно.
В январе отель работает в зимней концепции : работает один бассейн внутри, один подогреваемый на территории, работают рестораны внутри все, и на территории работал sunset bar. Территория прекрасна :зелено, чисто, тихо,уютно. Жили мы в семейном двухкомнатном номере. Идеально чисто,уютно, 2 санузла. Из недостатков в номере :в гостиной не хватает освещения и две софы довольно жёсткие. А в спальне огромная трехспальная удобнейшая кровать и с освещением все хорошо. Персонал: супер приветливый, сервис на высоте! Еда: очень вкусно! Разнообразная, качественная еда на любой запрос. Алкоголь: мы брали по все включено местный алкоголь. Он качественный , голова не шумела. Интернет: летает отлично ! Можно спокойно брать с собой работу или учебу. В общем , мы остались с самыми приятными впечатлениями от нашего пребывания в Paloma. Рекомендуем 👍

Palomaya 2. Gelişim ve gerçekten mükemmel bir tatildi bizim için. Çalışan arkadaşların ilgisi ve samimiyeti, yemeklerin güzelliği, yazdığım notu dikkate alıp bize jest yapmaları… Paloma kalitesi der geçerim.
