This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund.

Soon as we arrived everything felt like a big lie and a con which put us at unease and fearful. First we were told we had no reservation , clearly we had all the paperwork. Then security directed one of us to a rival apartment , the rest were left in 35 degrees heat on the footpath for 5 hours. Here a web of lies were spun confusing us to the point of fear , where are we to stay, who is the real Onkel, where is our reservation, the two rivals began arguing and the police were called as the children still sat outside on the pavement. We resorted to calling Expedia to help us , instead of as planned an afternoon in the pool we were in limbo fearful and confused. Would not recommend to any one.

Nice ans quite but in needs of some maintenance
The self catering apartment was lovely with very modern facilities but in need of some maintenance and a good old deep clean. Same goes for the downstairs gym and spa facilities. On the bright side - great living space, air conditioning and storage, good food in the restarrant and lovely and very helpful reception staff :)

Excellent location within walking distance of the beach and plenty of other local attractions and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff with good facilities on site (swimming, Turkish bath, sauna, gym, massage, spa)

Beautiful apartment hotel
The apartment and surrounding area is beautiful and scenic. We had a thoroughly relaxing holiday. We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious, decorated to a high standard and clean, couldn't have asked for more. One thing that I found quite annoying were the stray cats. My daughter is allergic and I am terrified of cats. When we would sit down to dinner at the poolside cafe the cat would come under the tables. We complained to the staff and hotel management but nothing was done about it. In the end we had dinner delivered to our room. That was the one thing that put me off otherwise it's a lovely place and definitely would recommend it.

The place is very nice for family to enjoy the swimming and feel like at home. And the hotel manager "Meta" was very nice and helpful, and he provide us with lot of guidance about the city.

Good and quiet area for the vacation
The location is good as we had a car and didn't care very much about night life. If you want to make your own food, there are many grocery stores around that you can buy fresh food every day. The pool is nice and it is a very quiet area if you want really to rest, that is the place to go. The beach isn't so far, it is even better to walk than to take car as it takes much longer:) The shower was not good as it was pouring just from one side and the dish container fell from the wall and when I complained about it, the receptionist said she will check, but she never did it. The internet connection was bad most of the time and nothing could be done about it. I would appreciate more information how to get to the apartment, the address that is on the website brings you to the whole complex and there are many buildings, so to know where you need to go isn't so easy, but once you know, no problem.

Great apartments fab pool staff fantastic
Great experience the staff where amazing nothing was to much trouble. I hope more people visit Turkey a fabulous place to visit food outstanding U have definitely got to visit the old town & don't forget to take your camera with you.

The location of this hotel is very quiet. It is a little bit far from the beach and resort activities. There is no lobby and the reception room is not clear for visitors.

The apartment truly excellent!
We found the apartment truly excellent. The friendly staff were vigilant and attentive to our every need. Every question we had about an area, unknown to us, was meticulously answered and maps and plans were given to us when we asked for directions. Our car was carefully looked after. The room was comfortable and very well looked after by the domestic staff. We were pleased to have BBC World News on the TV in our room.The restaurant was an attractive setting for the excellent breakfasts and good value for money. Our final impression was particularly good, as we had an early departure for the airport and the apartment gave us an early breakfast long before the dining room was officially open. We would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Antalya.

Excellent family break!
We loved our stay at Onken Residence. It was so relaxing and peaceful, away from the noisy city, lovely pool, bar and fitness suite too was included in the price, thought it was excellent! Range of shops are just couple of minutes away even one across the road to get your grocery bits and cook your own meals, fully furnished equipped with all your daily needs. I didn't want to leave, just felt like home!

great holiday apartment in Antalya
The place was great for our family. We had a two bedroom apartment, there were grocery stores within one block. The pool was wonderful, it was close to the sea, and the spa was adequate.

Stayed with husband and 2 great granddaughters. Could not believe how good the hotel staff were. Nothing was too much trouble. They even went shopping to replace a shoe lace from one of my shoes. Could walk to blue mosque and hippodrome in about 10 minutes. Criticism? Seagulls noisy at night.

Apartment said it was for 8 people but the sofa barely fits one person. The refrigerator was not working but eventually was fixed. It was a very clean apartment with a hotel feel. Kitchen and living room was perfect size. The pool looks even nicer in person.

awesome!
This was our first time at onkel residence. And I must say I hope it's not the last. We are a family of 5 and Everything was as described on the website. Beds were really comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils dishwasher washing machine fridge etc. They have a small restaurant with excellent prices. So we didn't need to go eat elsewhere during our 5 day stay. The person we dealt with was Ekatrina. She helped us a lot in making sure our stay was a comfortable one. Our youngest son fell sick on the last day and even though our check out was at 11:00 am she let us stay till 4:00 pm no questions asked. Even after check out we were allowed to use the hotel facilities. I would definitely reccomend this hotel for a yonge travelling to antalya ( konyalti beach) with kids.

Excellent place, very clean and best part is is that in actual the apartment is just like you see on the internet. A toaster would be good to have in the apartment.

Best place for a long holiday in Antalya
We recently stayed at Onkel Residence for 5 day. For the price we paid, it was amazingly modern and stylish and spacious place. For a family of 4 with 2 children, the apartment was perfect and extremely comfortable with all required things provide for a long stay. We had a rented car and the free parking place under the building was really handy. The best part was the friendly and awesome staff. They allowed us to stay extra time on our last day for free as our return flight was on 9:00pm in the evening and the normal checkout time was until 12:00am. We used Antalya as a base from where we travelled each day to all the sights nearby. If you plan to stay here, I would recommend having a car because this place is bit out of city. Since we had a car went to the old city each day which is about 25 minutes’ drive. We will defiantly stay again at Onkel Residence for a bit longer!

lovely apartment
lovely time spent at Onkel Residence. the flat was so cleaned and safe to stay. they have 24 hour security. local shops open 24 hours. 10 mins walk to the beach. and close to local bus stop. taxis 24 hours and easy to get from the apartment. very good for family holiday. 20 mins from the city centre.

Vi ble ikke møtt av noen som avtalt ved ankomst. Etter å ha kontaktet verten kom hun omsider, men snakket ikke engelsk. Vi ble informert av vaktholdet på stedet at eier ikke var ønsket på stedet og at hun lurte familier til å leie, uten å rapportere det til myndighetene, for å slippe å betale skatter. Hun skyldte på elektriske problemer og ville "ta oss med til et annet sted", men de som jobbet på stedet sa at vi var fjerde familien denne dagen som var blitt lurt, og at det stadig dukket opp nye familier som trodde de skulle bo der, men ble møtt av en stengt port. Vi tilkalte politiet, og etter mye om og men fikk vi kansellert bookingen og tilbakebetalt pengene. Verten skulle hjelpe oss å finne et nytt hotell og betale taxi dit, men satt seg i bilen og stakk av underveis. Heldigvis var de som faktisk driver hotell der veldig hjelpsomme og hjalp oss etterhvert å booke en leilighet der. All honnør til Mustafa og Rada apartment hotels som hjalp oss over all forventning og reddet ferien.

Jag gillade läge för boendet och trevliga personalen, om man frågar efter nåt svarar de direkt. Mycket bra för kommunikation. Platsen för boendet nära allt. Jag rekommenderar boendet Onkel Residence. Där finns en tjej som jobbar hos de, hon är det bäst.

Rezervasyon dan hemen sonra iletişim telefon numarasını mail olarak geldi . Giriş saatimizi bildirdik . Geldiğimizde Melek hanım bizi kapıda bekliyordu .Hızlı bir giriş yaptıktan sonra Melek hanım sıcak duş için gerekli yardımı ve bilgileri bize aktardırdıktan sonra biz istirahatımıza geçtik. Ev sıcaktı ,mutfak gereçleri tamdır.Balkon var. TV ve internet çalışmakta. Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Schönes Apartment-Hotel
Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen... . Sehr anschaulich und modern eingerichtet. Da fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Das ist das 2. Apartment-Hotel in Antalya, das ich gebucht habe. Nicht im Ansatz vergleichbar. Dieses Apartment-Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.
