We booked a double single bed fpr 2 days, we arrived and dthey gave us a room with 2 single beds and said all double bed rooms were booked even tho we made reservation for that room 3 months in advance. Recepcionist was rude and refused to offer any compromise. Given room was very old and dirty. Shower was full of mold. Breakfast was limited and they are charging extra for orange juice

Overall it’s good. Just mini bar not cold and no air conditioner inside the room it’s not function could be not in used. Can’t sleep well because very hot.Breakfast everyday same for 4 nights over there.

Location: 5☆ there's no better Hotel in Alanya for location, you're within walking distance of every bar, restaurant, nightclub, shopping outlet and views like no other, if you're a family with young kids? I wouldn't recommend being here if you're offended by loud noise. (Anyone who says different is wilfully lying to you and the opinion should be disregarded) Food: Food has improved vastly since my last stay here and as a chef myself I know what good is and what's not, breakfast is what you come to expect in Europe as a whole (Continental, Pastries, Egg Station with medley of fruits/yoghurts) Pool: The pool is what you can come to expect in this location (Leans on the small side) but it's more than ample, it comes with a bar where you can get drinks and order food both of which are excellent. Maid Service: The maids are always a pleasure to deal with and I'd offer some unsolicited advice to many a traveller who reads this...(TIP YOUR MAID EARLY ON) it doesn't cost the Earth & 100 TL goes a very long way and you'll never complain about towels or turndowns ever again. Reception: This has seen the biggest improvement overall, its far more professional and far more professional and far more easier to deal with than the last time. It was a quick check-in/out and we had zero qualms.

Superb location, clean rooms and effective A/C. Free WIFI, use of a kettle and excellent sanitary facilities. Staff at the hotel are pleasant and helpful. Sheets and towels were changed on a daily basis and water bottles were replenished for use with the kettle. Amenities were generally very good with some minor room for improvement i.e., fridge not the best, flashing night light and one loose plug socket. Noise complaints highlighted in the other reviews was a non-issue for us. You could only hear people if they were making noise in the corridors. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate in booking here again in the future.

Situated in a very good area, opposite the sea and lots of bars and restaurants around. The room was nice, however, could do with a bit more space and a more comfortable bed.

Excellent property in great location. Reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great but staff at restaurant need more customer service training (zero English) and one of them needs to wear his mask properly and sanitize tables after every use.

Great location, amazing view from the room
All was grest, friendly staff, great location, wonferful breakfast, clean room with amazing view. The only minus was the Wifi connection. It wasn't working properly .very slow and cuts off all the time , takes a very long time to reconnect again n and cuts off again after few seconds.

Everything about the Hotel was great. The room was big, clean and beautiful and the stuff was friendly and very helpfull. The pool area was also very nice but only open until 7pm. One negative point however was the noise coming from the Haven late in the evening, especially on Friday. There was a lot of music and it was hard to enjoy sitting on the Balcony. The music stopped around 12pm so it was okay. The breakfast was amazing, it had a lot of variety and incredibly soft pancakes. They also served different warm meals on the two days of our stay. Would definitely recommend based on the breakfast alone.

Nice hotel with a gorgeous view of the marina. Rooms clean and tidy with daily housekeeping and everything needed during your stay. Delicious breakfast, but due to covid the access to the buffet is limited and is assisted by staff. Not so convenient and safe because in this case you have to stand in the queue anyway where social distance is ignored by guests. Despite this, the staff is friendly and helpful. Next time in Alanya would stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating, I made a mistake on my reservation and the adjusted the dates to be able to take advantage of the stay. The location is phenomenal and the breakfast is just perfect, make sure that you make it down to the breakfast early enough for the fantastic sunrise!!!

Elegant hotel at prime location
Excellent hotel with prime location at Alanya harbour. View from my room ( 506) was stunning. So friendly and professional staff. Only little complain was a mattress that maybe needs update.

The arrival in the evening was absolutely smooth, car parking service available, room was ready. I did not enjoy the breakfast under covid measures as two waiters were helping everyone with their plate, unfortunately there were too many guests at once so the service was very bad. In non covid time, the restaurant is rather smaller and can not offer full self service as in other hotels.

The location was perfect. Central enough, by the marina yet away enough for peace and quiet too. We were first allocated a pool view room which was not too happy with so the next day were moved to a sea view room and it was perfect. The balcony opened out onto the marina. A 1 min walk from taxi stands, 5 mins from bars, restaurants and around 10 mins to the beach. Hotel was clean, breakfast was fresh. Staff were lovely. Would deffo book again, perfect spot to explore and experience Alanya from rather than staying in a resort.
