This hotel is advertised as all inclusive but there are much better hotels to select than this one. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms so you have to be in the lobby to connect. The cleaners forgot to clean our room one day which I don't understand as they saw us leave the room in the morning. The reception staff are rude and not welcoming at all, they simply dont care about the guests with their indifferent attitude. If you have a transfer booked or excursion pick up, the driver will approach reception to be told they can't help him, even though the receptionist can see us in the lobby?There is a constant sewer smell in the bathroom and sometimes in the room. The waiters are friendly but sometimes cross the line by asking for Instagram details, we don't really need the hassle inside the hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and you are forbidden to bring any food or drinks from outside of the hotel. They refuse card payments and want cash only. Don't bother with the pool it's always packed and not that big for a 4* and don't bother asking for an iron because they won't give you one. Very quick to pass your details without permission to next door tour agents.
The positive - the chefs were very kind and remembered our food preferences so they saved us a little when we came late for breakfast one morning. Food generally is good and we could find something to eat and enjoy. The room is nice and big and beds are comfortable. We had a balcony and beach is close by.
