The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel.

The worst staff ever. Unprofessional. No education and no training whatsoever. Staff at the lobby are not friendly at all. Visitors will regret every penny paid.

The kids enjoyed the slides and the arcade a lot. The family room is very nice and spacious but the beds are not comfortable at all, there was thin blankets for covers so we kept asking for comforters that we didn’t get until the 3rd day. We had to ask for replenishing the cotton buds, water and coffee inside the room. The walls are so thin so you can hear cars on the streets while sleeping and the neighbors arguments as if they were with you. It’s not a beach front hotel, we took a shuttle bus to go to the beach very close by but that was not a problem. Very few of the staff speak english and the last day a member of the staff was very rude to us because we were a bit late to check out.

The property was in a very good condition. No light in the corridor, on floor -1 and -2 (near the gaming room and Barbershop) No Toilet Paper in toilet - floor 6. Very good restaurants, good food, good water pool. Good sea .

Crystal sunset was a lovely resort. The food was gorgeous. The buffet was so extensive that we found ourselves spoilt for choice. They have a Turkish day on Thursday and the traditional dishes on offer were mouth watering. Facilities were excellent. Had no trouble with anything. Relaxed and enjoyed to the max.

I would give 100 stars to the stuff- very polite and attentive employees. Overall,it was a good vacation. Lots of people but the hotel is so huge so you won't be stuck in the crowd. Way to many kids- like a lot of kids. It is a great place for families & kids. Pool area is big clean and cool but you need to wake up earlier and get yourself a bed by the pool cause everybody does that. (you can leave your towel for example, so when you come back from the beach or breakfast you have a place. 90% of guests are Russians. Food was good. Lots of different restaurants. The only down-part is the beach since it has huge stones under the water but the hotel can't do nothing about it. And if you are 4 and more people in one room- you won't get a good view from your balcony cause all the junior suites are facing the road. Overall, good stay! I recommend!

Great hotel, lovely room, excellent food (choice and quality), nice pool (little cold), great slides, close to beach and shops. Kids club was a great space/layout, but the guy running it was rude (including to kids) and disinterested (preferred to be on his phone) - would be a great facility with someone half decent. Some of the waiting/cleaning staff were nice, but entertainment staff on the whole very poor and customer service from reception and certain other staff non-existent - e.g. my 5 year-old’s ice cream fell off his cone onto the floor and the girl refused to serve him another one (despite it being an all-inclusive hotel and him being in tears holding an empty ice cream cone...). Worst staff I’ve ever seen or experienced while on holiday - however if you ignore / look past that, the hotel itself is fantastic.

Great resort and very child friendly
This is a newer hotel so the rooms are quite nice in comparison to other Turkish '5 star' hotels. Those who want sea view will probably be disappointed because of the hotels position. Pool views are great. The pools are great! A huge pool for all to use, there is also an adult pool which has sun loungers slightly submerged in water and a purpose built bar. The common pool does not have a swim up bar but there is one close by. The water park is pretty cool with slides to keep everyone entertained. Lastly the childrens pool includes a really good mini water park with slides etc and conveniently placed sun loungers. Food is above average but during the peak period the restaurant gets extremely busy so expect to join long queues to go around the buffet. What makes it worse is the small window of time (7pm to 9pm) which bottle necks everyone. There is a snack restaurant placed by the pool to fill the hole and get back to the pool! The private beach is nice and sandy and has a bar which also serves hot sandwiches. Although walking there will take maybe 7 mins, there is a shuttle bus every ten minutes. The hotel has a really good games room with arcade games, bowling and billiards. The entertainment usually includes dancing with some acrobatics lasting an hour followed by a mini disco lasting untill 1130pm. Hotel is conveniently located near Side town with a car free zone which is buzzing with peaple and loads of shops. Be sure to walk down to the amazing Apollo Temple.

Nice hotel, lovely staff - far too many guests.
We felt the hotel was far too busy, no sun beds available after 7.30am everyday . There were guests lying in sun beds in walkways. We travelled in a party of 3. The buffet restaurant was a rabble. The good points ,good food, lovely alacart restaurant. Nice staff and animation team and entertainment. Good points way out the bad however I wouldn’t return or recommend at peak holiday times.

I do not recommend this hotel to any one.
I did not like this hotel for so many reasons. First, our reservation was for a family room with a sea view but they gave us family room without any view. I will attach a photo of the view that we got. Moreover, they gave us only one key card when I asked for more they said they do not have any more. I spoke to the front disk regarding these issues. Unfortunately, they respond in a bad way "That is what we have".

Overall, hotel looks amazing from outside. Room is so so. I paid extra to get a better room and when we arrived we were "upgraded" to a suite which I believe was to show that they went out of their way to accomodate and upgrade us. Staff waited for tip which they didn't get and then we overheard one of them speaking to a Russian regarding this. Staff look miserable. Kitchen staff were friendly. Management throughout entire complex on numerous occasions yelled at the young staff which made us feel horrible as most of them are there to save for an education or to support their families. Food was ordinary. Kitchen managment spoke to us in turkish even though he knew we spoke English. This was belittling and rude as we asked to take dessert to the Lobby with our coffee. Hallways are dark and hot/stuffy with no airconditioning. Overall, poor service. Poor lighting in the room, our bar fridge didn't work and we had two chairs, cups etc even though there were three of us. Would not come back definately!

Perfect for families with kids
This was our second stay at this hotel and we loved it. Staffs are very polite and helpful specially TWO KERAMs and ALI from entertainment team. Rooms are clean and bright. There are lots of delicious food and fresh fruits throughout the day. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Pool is clean and our kids loved the water park and slides. We had a very pleasant time over there and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We haven't had a good experience while checked in at night. They night shift staff weren't very responsive and they took more 2 hours to fix my room issue after couldn't fix it. The hotel staff can't speak in English. I also noticed that the room service was very poor.

Hotel is good, staffs are ok with very little English. Food not nice specially nothing as Indian food where lot of Indian, Bangladeshi people stay in that hotel. Decent but not quite up to the mark!
As a five star hotel I didnt find it so attraactive. There is a lack of hospitality. Room service wasnot up to the standered.

Not 5 star...
We went in October which is the last couple of weeks of the season and it really did seem that the hotel or staff could not be bothered anymore. The entertainment and facilities were advertised as open until the end of October but when we got there NOTHING was on. The staff were really rude and unhelpful and after multiple complaints from other families they finally upped their game at the end and all of a sudden evening entertainment started and there seemed to be a better attitude and atmosphere. The rooms were nice enough and the water chutes were amazing but the pool was so cold the kids didn’t want to swim (the sea was a lot warmer!).

Great holiday with friends
We stayed for 2 weeks, 17 of us, had a good time , but dissapointed with the staff, not very accomadating, made it difficult to book restaurants. There were restaurants that weren't open and only to be able to book 3 for a 2 week visit is awful, we ate across the road at The Golden Fizz, lovely food and staff. the buffet was ok, but was put off by rude guests pushing in, and touching food, not using the tongs, I did mention this to a member of staff at the poolside buffet one lunch time, he couldn't care less. We sat inside some lunch times and got waited on, we ordered drinks and food but was hit and miss, some times we got food we hadn't ordered and sometimes no drinks! All in all I wouldn't return to this hotel. Age range from 9-52 yrs, nothing to do in the evening, we had 2 X 20 years and 2 X 17 years, 16 years and 13 years 2 X 9 years in our group, plenty of music round the pool during the day but nothing at night apart from the disco, which was over 18 years.
