My family and I are Americans and chose Antalya for our summer vacation. I was very nervous because I know how customer service over seas is compared to the U.S. but I must say the service that was provided was excellent. They welcomed us from the beginning and checked on us through our stay. It was my husbands bday and they went the extra mile to get him a cake and a bottle of wine. Everything was very clean . Staff was very nice . The food was good , sweets were even better. Drinks were delicious. Breathe taking views. And the all inclusive was great. I do wish they had tip jars around in case people want to leave tip. The entertainment was amazing . Over all we had an amazing time and will be coming back very soon. Thank you nirvana for the great experience !

Food was so good. Just alacart restaurants were not free. Everything was great. Rooms, pools were so clean despite of the fullness of the hotel.

Positives but many negatives too
Positives: 1.Beautiful hotel, clean and in a natural setting 2.Great quality and variety of drinks 3.Good variety of bars but most all a la carte restaurants were closed 4.Great jazz act Negatives: 1.Rude reception staff, arrogant and incompetent no welcome on arrival and no how was your stay on departure 2.Most staff did not speak English caters mainly for Russian 3.Had very noisy Russian guests on first floor between 3-4am making it a bad night sleep. Security does not adequately patrol 4.Had do no disturb sign on door but at 9.30am housekeeping wanted to enter 5. At 11h50 had a call from reception to say hello check out 12! We were just on our way down 6.Be prepared to be amongst hundreds of noisy Russians who have no respect for anyone else around them Overall not the quality stay for the money.

The best hotel !!!
This is the best hotel in Antalya area... stayed 2 times already... and will be back again. 24hrs all inclusive service with proper drinks (not the usual local drinks) and proper 24hrs food service. Hotel its on the beach ... Rooms are spacious ...

There is no service at all. There are no free sun beds in the morning at the sea. There are no free tables in the evening during a dinner. Line for food. The service personnel don't speak neither Russian nor in English. Inadequate compatriots. Number deluxe was pleasant. Good pool and sea, when clean.

Unfriendly staff both at reception and restaurants
Overall nice hotel, but animation team is the worst i have ever seen as well as staff at the reception. Rooms are never cleaned properly, tea cups remain unwashed. People from SPA and fur/leather shop are being very persistent trying to sell as much as they can, same goes for water sports. They d leave you alone only if you bought a course of Spa treatments etc. even though we rented beach bungalows at extra cost, those people would find you there, walk in the bungalow and try and sell their staff (whatever it was). you do not feel like you are relaxing. I understand they need to make money, but they are being too aggressive and follow you everywhere. When you book a-la cart restaurants, half of them were closed or not available, what is the point of having them? besides when you manage to book one, they drive you there only from a collection point and not actually from the street where you live which i found quite disappointing. food was great though. Beach is not sandy at all, big cement blocks in the water.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!
This was our 2nd time in Amara Dolce Vita and we have booked it this year because we really loved our stay last year. Still liked it this year, but have noticed a difference in service and some of the things they had last year was no longer available this year. Hope that will improve as it is a very nice property and would hate for it to go downhill. The animation team was great . Special thanks to Yaroslava, Chato, Hassan ,Elena , Anil and Alex for making our stay more enjoyable ! Thanks to Hassan, waiter in the main restaurant for taking good care of us and Meliss, for always being super friendly and helpful.

Visited the second and the last time
I've stayed in this hotel last year and was happy enough to return. I have to say I was disappointed this time. Looks like the hotel went for cost cutting as everything round (food, entertainment, service) went down. E.g. while initially you observe a variety of food options, after 2-3 days you narrow it down to just a few eatable items, avoiding everything else. Have to note all of their excellence certificates were due this Jan and somehow they didn't get renewed. As per service, I was especially frustrated by one case. We agreed to use the otherwise empty yoga room for self training. We were told it's ok and agreed on a time but they never got to open the room on that time. Told us they can't find the key, so we waited for almost an hour then gave up. I would understand if they refuse immediately (room bookings is not a part of the package), but when they agree and schedule the time to never show up -- that't not tolerable. Looks like that's one of the things that got worse over time and I just need to look for new places.

Tekiova's best sea and bay. Inside the nature with luxury.
It was a wonderful trip and hotel. The staff was really kind and well-educated. At check-in they made us a favour with upgrading my room from landview deluxe to sea view deluxe. The alacarte restaurants were lovely. The quality of the foods and the brands they use were very luxury. Everything was really perfect and I would like to come back soon to this hotel.

Отель расположен в отличном месте, время в пути от аэропорта до отеля 1час 20 минут. Территория отеля на10. Пляж для Кемера на 9. Протяжённость метров 700,может больше. Номерной фонд на любой бюджет с отличными видами, но требует уже реновации.Питание очень разнообразное ,на любой вкус. Также и с барами. Обслуживание ,персонал очень слабый, во всех подразделениях,от стойки регистрации до уборки в номере, ресторан ещё хуже. Оценка 7 ,только потому что персонал набирали поздно,в прошлом году было всё хорошо, думаю на следующий год будет всё хорошо. Отель загружен процентов на 80 ,говорят на сто.Отель понравился, рекомендую. Оценка 9 из 10.

Отличное расположение отеля!Последний в этом заливе и поэтому комфортная тишина особенно в корпусах Club rooms. Кругом горы покрытые соснами ,чистое море,пляж с песком и мелкой галькой у подножья высокой горы с фуникулером. Много лежаков и беседок за 70 или 35 евро/день Номера просторные,турецкая кухня хорошая и стараются разнообразить. Сотрудники на reception очень отзывчивы и стараются быстро все решить. Отель заточен на русскоговорящую публику и семьи с детьми,хотя вечерами громкая музыка до полуночи. В целом Amara цена-качество соответствует и мы забронируем на следующий год,

Otel konum olarak harikaydı. Denizi havuzları çok temizdi. İçecek ve yemekler çok güzeldi. Aklınıza gelebilecek herşey fazlasiyla mevcut.odaları çok geniş ve konforlu. Girişte ceyhun bey çok sıcak karşıladı ilgisi icin cok tesekkürler. Animasyon ekibi bi harika ,çok cana yakın ve profesyonel bir ekipti. Animasyondan Yasin bey sükrü beye ayrıca tesekkürler. İşlerinin hakkını gerçekten veriyorlar. Her anlamda 4 ×4 lük muhteşem bir tatil yaşattırdıklari için amara ailesi seneye görüşürüz.

Hotel e erken gelmemize rağmen hemen odamızı verip bize yardımcı olan hotelimize teşekkür ederim. Kemer ve Tekirova bölgesinde bir çok hotel de ailece konaklamamız var. Ancak burada aldığımız hizmet ve hoşgörülü davranışlar için teşekkür ederim. Hotel muazzam büyük heryer de havuz bar lokanta ve restoran var ondan yemek için sıra beklemiyorsunuz. Yemekler süper her çeşit et seçenek kaliteli bit şekilde sunuluyor. Alkol ve içiçekler en üst seviyede ondan dolayı da çok teşekkürler. Negatif birşey yazmak bence haksızlık olur. Ailece hotelden çıkarken üzgündük ama en yakın zamanda görüşmek üzere Amara. Herşey için teşekkürler.

К сожалению, в последние несколько лет отель не поддерживает статус Luxury. Красивое море, большая и ухоженная территория, но питание не соответствует заявленным звездам.... Одно и тоже меню, небольшой ассортимент блюд. В номерах уборка на твердую "3" - все поверхностно... Нас было 3 взрослых человека, принесли дополнительную кровать,которая может подойти только только для подростка. Обратившись к горничной принести большую кровать, получили ответ, что кровати только такие.... Пришлось 3 дня "поспать" на "стандартной" кровати. В итоге, подойдя второй раз на ресепшн, после распоряжения сервисного сотрудника в течении 15 минут принесли большую кровать. Отель полностью загружен отдыхающими.... Не хватает обслуживающего персонала... Очень слабый интернет...., для переписки достаточен, но если нужно поработать, скачать файлы - практически невозможно.... К сожалению, не все отдыхающие могут только отдыхать.... Пожелание к руководству отеля обратить внимание на сервисное обслуживание, питание и чистоту в номерах. Само место, где находится Amara Dolce Vita Luxury превосходное!!!

Лучший отель в Кемере.
Отель-супер. Мы в этом отеле уже 9-ый раз. Каждый раз есть какие-то изменения. В целом отель развивается в лучшую сторону. Жаль, что нет больше местного(отельного) пива. И совсем уж плохо, что отель уже второй год не работает зимой. Для нас там отдых в декабре и январе был идеальным.

Ein sensationelles Hotel in Tekirova.
Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie. Bei der Einreise hat uns die Rezeption direkt zum Mittag geführt damit wir noch was zum Essen kriegen, und erst dann eingecheckt. Extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend während des ganzen Aufenthaltes. Eingangsbereich ist sensationell ausgebaut. Ein wunderschönes Gotel rundherum. Unzählige Testaurants für jeden Geschmack. Zwei grosse Pools mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Strandbereich am Meer ist grandios! Privat und mit vielen Liegeflaechen/ Bungalows!! Am Abend gibt's Live-Musik...perfekt für Familien aber auch für jeden anderen Anlass. Jedem zu Empfehlen

Отель как всегда встретил нас очень хорошо, для нашей семьи был предложен удобный номер в главном здании, хочется отметить прекрасную кухню отеля--спасибо главному повару и всей команде, также есть хороший мини-клуб с интересными занятиями, учитель HANSA молодец. Приятно порадовала доброжелательность всего персонала отеля. Хочется вернуться туда снова!

فندق ولا في الاحلام قصر ملكي يفوق الوصف يعجز اللسان عن وصف امارا دولسي فيتا بالفعل فندق فاخر جدا موظفين غاية في الروعه و نظافة وترتيب الغرفه و حجمها الكبير وعن المطعم والاكل الموجود في الفندق فلا تسال عن جمال و تنوع و لذه الاكل الموجود في المطعم الرئيسي و خدمه الانترنت سريعه للغاية و المسابح النظيفة ايضا فندق تدمع العين عند مفارقتة

Отличный отель для отдыха в несезон.
Отдыхали с семьей (мама,папа, двое детей ) неделю. Сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера до семейного. Отличный спа, хорошее обслуживание. Немного хромает уборка номера и кухня, но для нас не критично, так как в целом был очень позитивный настрой. Все очень понравилось.

Прекрасный отель! Засели в номер очень быстро, внимательные и приятные сотрудники отеля сразу угостили нас напитками, что сразу и подкупило нас) Ежедневно в отеле проходили замечательные анимационные шоу-программы. Чистый и хороший пляж. Номера тоже хочу отметить: красивые номера с современной мебелью, действительно чувствуешь себя на отдыхе!

Great all inclusive hotel with a nice location
An 5 star all inclusive hotel close to Kemer, about 60 km west of Antalya. 702 guest rooms, 13 restaurants and both indoor and outdoor pools. One heated outdoor pool. We had 2 Deluxe Land View rooms with door connection. Large rooms (about 40 kvm) and a great view towards the mountain of Olympos Teleferik (which you have to visit). The beds were a bit to hard and the regular pillows were terrible (ordered others pillows the second night). Big bathrooms with both bath tub and shower. The air condition did not work properly so we had the balcony door open during the night (which probably gave me a cold). The internet connection in the room was not working properly. I had to work a little bit and it was frustrating that it was so slow or did not work at all. The website said it was internet connection in the room but it worked best in the lobby area. Not good for a hotel of this range and price. Really nice restaurants, some ala carte (we did not try). We were staying with 3 kids (age 3, 7 and 9). One of the nights the hotel had galla night with great food and entertainment. Things for the kids: bowling, mini zoo, playground, kids disco. Nice surroundings and really close to the beach. A lot of shopping opportunities in the hotel. The only negative things are the beds and internet connection.
