Accommodation This newly furnished holiday apartment is set over two floors and boasts fantastic views over the May Isle and East Lothian. The first floor comprises of a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area, twin room and bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 x King size, 1x Double & 1 x Single) and a shower room. The duplex benefits from free parking and leads out into a private garden with decked area. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Area Stretching out onto Roome Bay, Crail boasts blue flag sandy beaches, coastal walks, a beautiful harbour and quality shellfish.

Crail's history most notably begins in 1310 when Robert the Bruce made Crail a Royal Burgh. Today, Crail is the oldest Royal Burgh in Fife and, from St. Mary's mythical Blue Stane to the Tollbooth gaol, it's easy to see why this popular East Neuk Village is ideal for groups of friends and families of all ages.

If you're looking to travel further afield, St. Andrews is only a 15-minute drive away with its world-famous university and legendary golf courses.

Booking Terms
25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.
Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.

**FOR BOOKINGS MADE UP UNTIL 27TH MARCH 2020, THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES;
If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

**FOR NEW BOOKINGS MADE AFTER 27TH MARCH 2020, THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES;
If notice of cancellation is given between 2 - 60 days before your arrival date, the accommodation fee will be fully refunded no questions asked. Any refunds will be payable at the arrival date.
If notice of cancellation is given with less than 2 days of your arrival dates, the full amount is payable.
*Please note, bookings made for our properties via a third party website if cancelled, the refund given will be monies received by Click Book Stay and will not include any additional booking fees/services charges applied by the third party site.

Holiday/Cancellation Insurance
Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website. A spacious house with beautiful views of the sea, short walk to village shop, pub and fish & chips
Excellent service, clean and very well equipped. Plenty of hot water, great shower and TV services. Ample parking, quiet (other than seagulls!) and beautiful views of sea. Everything you need within a short walk, Co-op open until 10pm, excellent first-class fish & chips (take-away and restaurant), excellent and friendly pub at East Neuk Hotel with wonderful food and local beers. House is fabulous, lots of space and home comforts - we were very comfortable and ‘at home’ with 5 persons, but could easily sleep 7 adults. Owner was lovely and very happy to come in for extra cleans/changeovers. A perfect accommodation in a beautiful seaside fishing village, highly recommended.
