Loved it!
First class accommodation in the lovely town of Crail. Great base to explore the East Neuk of Fife. Apartment is wonderfully finished and the kids absolutely loved the table tennis table. We will definitely book again next time we are in this fantastic part of the world. Lots of lovely welcoming touches too - thank you!

October week in Crail
We have holidayed many times in the area, in different houses. In fact, we had stayed in a very similar property nearby before, which we loved, but this was even better. Lovely home, superbly equipped and perfectly located. Marion was also kind enough to check in to see how we were getting on. We had a great time.

Excellent base for exploring Fife
We have just spent the week in this property and have been delighted with location, spacious rooms, parking space and excellent wifi. This is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have ever stayed in - with kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms all having the necessary items of very good quality. Marion responded very promptly to all enquiries prior to booking and provided full and clear instructions both in terms of travel and with regard to equipment in the house. We cannot recommend it highly enough - and we enjoyed good food and excellent service in the lovely hotel next door. Bonus!

Really everything was wonderful for our family of 4. There is a wonderful bar and restaurant right next door. We went running and walking all along the coastal path. This two story condo felt newly renovated but homey and well equipped with everything you would need to cook and hang out. Very spacious and comfortable beds, easy short walk to town where there were groceries and cute coffee shop. The host left coffee, milk, bottle of wine, chocolates...all thoughtful. Definitely coming back!

Family get together in Crail
This is a gorgeous, absolutely pristine property in a fantastic location in Crail (a charming, lovely, friendly fishing village). The kitchen was wonderful, had everything you could possibly want for cooking a big family meal, having drinks and watching a good film, the towels were plentiful and soft, the house is beautifully furnished. It was a real treat to stay in this lovely home. Marion was wonderful to communicate with and left us lovely treats. I cannot recommend the area near St. Andrews enough. It is gorgeous, with great views of the countryside and the sea. We want to come back as soon as possible! Thank you Marion!

Great family holiday home
Comfortable cosy holiday home with an added bonus of a ping pong table in a games room . Private sitting area at back if weather permits . Inside tastefully decorated with a sea side theme . Small play park with in estate , also very close to beach with a bigger play park. Handy bus stop nearby if not using a car. Good local shops including a great fish and chip shop and butcher.

5 star vacation rental!
This was one of the best properties we have stayed at in our experienced travels around the world! Not only was Crail a perfect setting and walking distance to various restaurants and shops, but the property was well situated (an end unit) with plenty of parking and it even has a backyard. The interiors felt brand new, since it was so clean and well decorated! Well built with nice finishes throughout the home. Well stocked with all the amenities including cleaning supplies and paper products which is always a hit and miss in other rentals. The unit had all the modern appliances and instructions located close by! If we are in this beautiful part of Scotland again, this will be a place we would rent again in a heartbeat! Especially for those that are traveling internationally, you will appreciate the relaxing vibe of this home and town. Communication was terrific with Marion and it made us feel comfortable knowing we were dealing with a very trustworthy and helpful owner across the globe. Marion, thank you for our wonderful time in your lovely home!

Lovely apartment situated very near the beautiful coastal trail that wraps all around Fife. Spacious, open plan for living, dining and kitchen area. Very comfortable beds and furniture throughout.

Fabulous house with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated.
Fabulous house spotlessly clean and in a great location minutes from the beach. There is a hotel right next door, we had heard good reports about the food there but unfortunately due to covid we decided not to visit. Marion the owner was lovely, great communication with her. Nice bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us. We had a fabulous holiday. Crail was just lovely great butcher which we used but also everything else you would need Baker, chemist and Co-op. Definitely hope to return.

Beautifully presented accommodation very thoughtful in presentation and detail including the beach/coastal theme. Great base to explore Fife. For a day out I recommend the Isle of May boat trip from Anstruther but thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Perfect home from home
Immaculate and well appointed house in a great location - closer to Crail centre and the beach than anticipated and sea views from the upstairs kitchen/living area. Marion was lovely, we were given clear instructions and found everything we needed in the house. Table tennis was a hit with our 2 year old, as was the play park and beach at Roome bay just a short stroll away. Clearly a well loved holiday home - Thank you!

Fabulous stay at Seabreeze
We we looking for a comfortable home from home experience in the East Neuk and Seabreeze was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for 2 energetic children, mum and dad and gran. The accommodation was totally spotless and offered all the mod cons. Location wise it was a short walk into town and to the beech. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

September Weekend
We enjoyed our September weekend at Seabreeze very much. (3 nights). Location is fantastic if you crave peace and quiet. Lovely walks around Crail and close to St Andrews for retail therapy. Seabreeze is immaculate and great thought has went into providing you with everything you need for a perfect break. We look forward to returning very soon.

Excellent property, perfect for our trip, and exceeded expectations. Owner, Marion, is outstanding and easy to communicate with. Now the good stuff, Seabreeze is less than a mile from Balcomie Links, the 7th oldest course in the world, excellent course with a sister course (championship course designed in late 90's) which is also excellent. We went for St. Andrews but one could stay in Crail and be happy with it's two great courses. DWI laws in Scotland are tough, there is a hotel with a good pub less than 50 yards away, and another pub a quarter mile walk away. This is just a super nice property with excellent management, about 10 miles from St. Andrews. Plus there is Taxi service that will pick you up in Crail and take you to the club house in St. Andrews and return you to the condo for about 20 pounds each way.

Gorgeous family home
We are a family of four with a new baby and toddler and this property was perfect for our stay in Crail. The house was beautifully decorated and was even nicer than the photos. It had plenty of space and was impeccably clean. Our host had provided everything we may have needed and it was these little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Crail itself was lovely and we especially enjoyed the fish and chip bar and Crail Teahouse. The playground next to the house was a big hit with our little girl too. We would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.

Super holiday home
The holiday home was superb and fitted out to an extremely high standard - contemporary yet cosy. The WiFi was strong and secure - a must for our 12 year old! Great little garden which is a real sun trap in the afternoon and location wise - perfect. 10 minute walk to the Fife coastal path which is stunning, and 5 minutes walk into Crail. The bus for St. Andrews stops just outside as well. Another highlight was the table table in the garage - great fun had by all. We loved it!

Very Impressive, the property exceeded our expectations.
The property was in an excellent location in the quiet but picturesque village of Crail, being well sited for exploring the area. It had a modern feel being exceedingly well equipped, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The convenience of parking outside the front door was a bonus. The host, Marion, made our arrival very easy providing us with welcoming food essentials even including a bottle of wine. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wishing to stay in Fife

What a wonderful place to stay!
Very clean, tastefully decorated, accommodations were wonderful but most of all the host was always available if you had any questions. The town of Crail was very quaint, grocery store open even late on a Sunday night and a great place to eat "The East Nuek" had wonderful food. Can even take a nice walk on the slong the boardwalk and get great pictures of Crail coast line. I would definately come back and stay at Marion's home and recommend others to do the same.

Just perfect!
We are a family with three adult children visiting Crail for a wedding. We absolutely loved this house. Immaculately clean, spacious, charmingly decorated and beautifully light and airy. Everything we could need was provided and made for a fantastic stay. We would thoroughly recommend and were very sad to leave. (And while you are there Crail chip shop does the best chips!)

Perfect home away from home! Loved it!
This was the perfect location for our golf holiday. A charming town and the condo had everything we needed and more. Loved the beach decor in the condo! The extras were appreciated and enjoyed.. wine, bread, milk etc. And the ping pong table! One of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Thank You Marion!
