You're ideally located 50 m from the main beach of Annecy (Albigny). The city center is accessible on foot in 10 minutes along the lake and the Pâquier. It is equipped for 4 people maximum and consists of: \- An entrance giving access to a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, dining area \- An equipped and spacious kitchen in which you can take your meals \- A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and storage \- A bathroom with shower \- separate WC \- private parking on residence You will enjoy a view of the Imperial Palace and a small piece of beach thanks to the 2 balconies: from the living room and the bedroom.
