Welcome to this charming 3-room apartment of 79 m², located in the prestigious "Triangle d'Or" district, just a 10-minute walk from the lake (Albigny beach) and close to all amenities. The apartment offers a peaceful and pleasant setting, ideal for family or friends stays.  
  
It includes : an entrance hall, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, a bathroom, and two large bedrooms with 140 cm beds.  
  
Enjoy relaxing or dining outdoors on the 12 m² terrace.  
  
Additionally, you’ll have a private parking space (No. 3) and a cellar. There’s also access to a shared bike storage room. For cycling enthusiasts, the bike path is just 400 meters away, taking you to the city center or around the lake!
