Apartment with through layout of 38 m2 on the 4th floor including a balcony facing SOUTH with 180° view. Fully renovated apartment - Functional and modern kitchen.   
  
this apartment consists of a spacious Italian-style shower - A living room close to the terrace with a large new flat screen - A double bed unfolds in 10 seconds from the living room wardrobe, embedded you can set it up at the last minute.   
  
All amenities are present nearby.   
  
The mandatory extras in addition to the nightly rate are:   
  
\- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking   
  
\- Bed and towel linen (NOT INCLUDED): 17.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
