Being able to walk to the stadium for the game and into town for shopping and dining was a real plus. It was a pleasure dealing with Laura; communications were detailed and timely. We've stayed in dozens of rentals and this was one of the best. We had an awesome weekend. I can't recommend this enough. The property is super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. This worked well for a long weekend visiting our Midshipman where we made several trips to the Academy, drove and walked different times to Downtown Annapolis, and quick trips to the close grocery store. The weather was a bit warm yet we took some advantage of the very nice backyard that had a grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating. Laura was a great communicator. We had everything we needed and she was "instant" in acknowledging our check-in success. We loved the Annapolis and US Naval Academy touches throughout.
