This Navy Themed house is located jn downtown annapolis, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in annapolis as well as the navy football stadium. It is 1 block from the free annapolis shuttle. The house consists of 2 separate units both units have 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath. The units are side by side and offer stocked kitchens as well as multiple seating options on the front and the back porch. The back yard offers 2 grills, 2 fire pits and 2 hot tubs.

Perfect weekend base for 2 families

Home is actually a duplex with connecting door in kitchen and it was good size for living areas and 6 bedrooms for two families to share. Three bedrooms in each side of the duplex share a bath but it was good for a long weekend stay. Location has variety of restaurants in the area and a doable walk to downtown Annapolis. Parking for 4 vehicles was a plus. Stay was not for a Navy game at Stadium but location would be very good for that.
