This inviting property is equipped with a split system air conditioner in the living area and free unlimited W-Fi and is a mere five-minute stroll away from the beach. The prime location is perfect for a pleasant, relaxing holiday amidst nature while also providing you with countless entertainment options in close proximity.

Nestled comfortably in Fitzroy Street, this duplex offers four spacious bedrooms upstairs and accommodates up to eight guests in total. The elegantly decorated master suite features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in robe and a modern ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity.

Two additional bedrooms offer Queen beds and access to the front balcony, whilst the fourth bedroom provides two Single beds, giving ample space for families or groups. Upstairs also houses the huge main bathroom with a luxurious free-standing bath, shower, vanity and toilet, and the second air-conditioned living area with Smart TV.

Downstairs, Birubi Breezes boasts a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full cooking facilities, walk in pantry and a large family size fridge/ freezer, vibrant dining area, and a charming open plan, air-conditioned lounge room perfect for sharing meals, stories, and laughter. The convenience of having a powder room downstairs and an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer and third shower is perfect.

An enclosed yard is great for the children to run around and an undercover area with a gas four burner flat plate BBQ is fantastic to cook up a storm. Parking for two vehicles in the double garage with internal access to the house ticks all the necessity boxes, there is also a backup bar fridge located in the garage and an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach adventures.

Beyond the comforts of the home, you have easy access to local attractions such as rock fishing, surfing and the famous sand dunes where you can experience camel rides at sunset, quad bike tours, sandboarding or a 4WD tour - all of this is within five minutes’ drive.

Well located clean accommodation

The accommodation was great for 3 families and kids. Very clean. Close to beach and local shops. The only issue was that not enough soap and detergent and toilet paper was provided.
