Staff was wonderful, but our room (304) smelled like cigarette smoke and the AC unit was so loud, clearly broken, that it woke our children every time it started up all night long.

It should haven’t been more than 2 stars! Room service is bad, and housekeeping is staffers aren’t professionals.

For the price it's good, breakfast is ok, I didn't go for dinner. The remote in my room wouldn't change the channel only turn on or off.

Disappointed

Requested and booked adjoining rooms, traveled with kids. Staff failed to verify rooms on reservation and hold the rooms requested (even after calling Pryor to resv.) Rooms were not held nor did they call us to explain....they had a "who cares" attitude and offered nothing to make it right. They could not opperate the credit card machine and it took over an hour to check in with 4 whiney kids at 11pm. The whole experience was a pain and the employees gave the impression of no concern at all.
