It should haven’t been more than 2 stars! Room service is bad, and housekeeping is staffers aren’t professionals.

Hotel reeks + its not just skunk weed in the hall

2night stay. Fri-Sat. 1. It was not anticiated by the hotel that I would need a roll away bed since I booked 5 adults. It was to me not told in advance that there would be an extra charge. 2. Elevators were not in proper working order. Would go up but not all the way down which was very inconvient, since I had an elderly person with me. 2. Nothing was offered for breakfast without an extra charge. 3. One of my key cards did not work. Which left me locked out. When I called the front desk Sat morning to express the issues the desk manager told me that my room rate did not include breakfast and that I should've known I do need a rollaway bed looking five adults… He was very condescending and rude. After speaking with him to separate times he finally gave me for breakfast vouchers leaving one of my guests without breakfast. In addition to the previously mentioned, it was obvious that someone may have been smoking pot in a nearby room because the hallway reeks of skunk weed and then approximately 5:00 AM on Sunday someone knocked at my door and when I answered it the man apologized for knocking and then another man asked if the other man if I had his weed.
