Throughout our stay, the facility just didn't felt being tended to at all - e.g. when we arrived no one was at the front desk. We had to wait for ~20 mins until I found the guy sitting outside in his personal car on his phone. Same thing when we checked out. The public areas were very dim, one of the vending matching room water had leaked through the roof and was pooling on the floor. The room was very dusty and must had pet before as it triggered minor allergy reaction in my kid. I also have to complain about the breakfast - the hotel advertises "hot" breakfast but when we got there all we got was a few plain bagels, and cold waffles, some cereal, some juice and a urn of coffee. Again, no staff was tending the "breakfast bar". It's barer than the most bare continental breakfast I have seen before. I have photos to back up all my descriptions above. All in all, I think the owner of this hotel put no heart/effort into the service they offer. I felt scammed for the $100 a night I paid. Really bad experience.

Gave us the wrong room and said they "overbooked the hotel". Entire room was dirty. There was food on the floor and a bra under wire under the bed. Door could barely open. No extra toilet paper and barely any on the roll. Closet door was busted down. Wet washcloths on multiple surfaces when we got into the room. Found a roach climbing up the wall and nightstand. Disgusting place and I will never be coming back.

The property smelled smoke while it was not supposed to. The room was not very clean around the bed. No deep cleaning had been done for a while based on what I saw around the bed.

Would never stay here again. In addition to being very outdated and full of cosmetic issues, there is no hot breakfast unless you count warming up a waffle in the microwave. The bananas were rotten. Our tv remote was missing a battery, our bedside lamp was missing a bulb, the do not disturb sign was printed on paper in black and white, bathroom lamp was missing cover and other one didn't work. I could go on. Very disappointed.

Entry ceiling was leaking. Called hotel ahead to check on pool and hot tub hours before booking. Booked and arrived same day and no hot tub or pool working (pipe broke a week ago). No toilet paper in room (remedied quickly). No paper towels or soap in first floor public bathroom. Bed was fine. TV was small. Lighter found by bed floor in nonsmoking room (not removed by cleaning staff??) Location was convenient for our event and for restaurants. Felt safe. Room was otherwise clean. Breakfast was very meager (coffee, cereal, danish individualky wrapped, bagels—- no milk or cream cheese or butter)

There was duct tape across the door on the first room which meant I couldn’t lock it while I worked out where to get a room.. The latch didn’t work at all.. went back to the desk he gave me another key states they need to close this place and gave me a diff key.. the door latched but, no deadbolt or locking mechanism of any kind.. This place scared the absolute hell out of me!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I was there at midnight so I could go to my appt at 745a… I was scared to go back to my car… 0/10 recommend!!

Outdated hotel expired food in vending machines towel racks falling off walls in bathroom one trash can asked for extra towels for hot tub told us they were stolen and didn't have any extra towels 1ply toilet paper..

Extremely disappointed that the room listed was 2 double beds, pull out couch and rolling shower. Only thing accurate was 2 double beds (for 5 people 😬). Also, the pool is broken! Would have loved to know that prior to booking!

There was no screen in the window. There was bugs in the shower. Bed frames were broken, light fixture was broken with wire exposed. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Pool was not operational, breakfast were minimal. Doors were loud when being closed. Building and facilities are outdated, property needs to be updated badly. Very seldom was there someone at the front desk.

Had 2 rooms. First 2 rooms given were not cleaned prior to walking into them. One of the next room was cleaned but had a horrendous smell of smoke. The other room had a bed that had a broken corner. No toilet paper in one room.

Between the apathetic check-in clerk, the room smelling of cigarette smoke, not getting the room I reserved, the pool being closed, the dingy paint, broken fixtures, ripped carpet, door that has clearly been kicked in and not properly repaired, broken door locks, and no screen on the window when we tried to air out the room I am unimpressed. However, the bed was clean without odor and relatively comfortable but that DOESN'T outweigh the other issues.

Room was not clean. Had to be given another room. Second room seemed to be missing privacy curtains.Third room was clean, but had roaches. Pool was locked off and inaccessible. Treadmill did not work. Gym was horrid. Three dumbbells? This was a rip off and illegal under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act of 1976. Will be contacting MI Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. Overall, this place is a dump. Didn't even bother to try breakfast after the roaches thing. Trash in the hallway. Front desk was not manned during my check out. I had to leave a note and the keys. Disgraceful. If I was hotels.com, I would visit this garbage heap and delist them.

Let me start off by saying that I hate to complain, but I can’t keep quiet on this one. The room I reserved was not what was advertised, and everything in this hotel seemed like it was about to fall apart. The first room they had me in had a busted in door, I had to ram my shoulder into it to get out of the room. The couch had many unidentifiable stains, and the bed made my skin itch. The front desk worker was great, but that in no way made up for the fact that literally every other aspect of this hotel stay was horrendous. The room was advertised as having an in suite jacuzzi tub, and the hotel itself was supposed to have a pool. Neither of which ended up being true. Truly an awful stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

When I arrived I found out my reservation that was to be updated to one night shifted to a different day. I was charged $330 for one night no show. Not sure if it’s quality inn or hotels.com error. Had to book a new room and our room was next to a room with a faulty toilet as we heard a flushing toilet every other minute for the whole night. No manger on staff during the weekend and front desk attendant is rarely at the front desk.

When we checked in the room still dirty from the client before, the front desk person couldn't help us because he was working by himself and only gave us the manager number and email to file a complain. We got ripped off. Dirty. Smells of mold. Dirty unchanged sheets. Stains all over walls, curtains, lampshades and carpets.

The property was terrible. We had a confirmation and for 2 nights and they only had a room for 1 night. The hotel was dirty, holes in the walls and ceiling, shades were broken, heat didn’t work, and there were cockroaches! The staff was rude and there was no manager or way of getting hold of one! You should remove them from your site!

The room was in rough shape. It towel racks were hanging off the walls. The plumbing ran all the time. We book this for the pool and hot tub. When we got here we were told the hot tub have been down for 2 years and the pool has been closed for a while. The bathroom door doesn’t close right and the closet looks like the just cut a heads le was n he he wall and slapped a door up. Very disappointed

the boys that did the front desk were very respectful and accommodating. the facility itself is falling apart, the chairs have i don't' know what on them, floors, just not finished underneath the toilets. walls, spackled and then it looks like they said agh, looks good. flooring in hallway ewe. beds, well you might as well sleep on the floor, pillows are tiny. its what i expect to get when i arrive at 11pm at night. I would not book again.
