We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, four pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules: \- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. \- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm. \- Please leave your shoes at the door. \- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. \- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. \- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. \- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The rental was the perfect size for a small group and allowed for some quiet time after the hustle and bustle of the Ann Arbor Art Fair. We did have a few communications with the property managers- and they were so quick to respond! The unit was comfortable and clean with air conditioning in each room. Nice shower pressure.
