location was great room was clean breakfast was ok. staff couldn't speak English hair dryer was not working room was too dark

Not 4-Star, but good value for money!
A good location, although traffic at night was a bit noisy, and I received a friendly and efficient welcome at the reception. My room seemed initially to be fresh and tidy, although closer inspection revealed a build-up of dirt on neglected surfaces. Also disappointed by the lack of basic room facilities, such as a free bottle of water and glasses - only mugs provided, and water in the mini-bar for purchase! Breakfast was adequate but lacked the provision of coffee and fruit, and juices were not fresh. This claims to be a four star hotel but in reality it does not match-up to that claim .... however, it provided relative basic comforts at a low price, and consequently represented very good value for money.
