The resort complex itself is beautiful and the views from the room were excellent -- green, lush mountains. There was a generous patio where we could sit and enjoy the view. It was very serene. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable enough and the bed was clean. On the downside, the furniture was shabby, especially in the patio area, the towels were rough, and there were no mineral water bottles after the first night. The lighting was horrible - all overheads and no lamps. The buffet breakfast was very average both in terms of variety and quality. The room service menu was disappointing. We didn't eat much at the hotel so it didn't matter to us. It's a good base if you want to spend a lot of time outside. It's a bit isolated which means it's very quiet -- something we liked -- but your own transport is a must.
Nice place to stay if you want away from the crowd. Its 10 mins walking distance from Anjuna beach and the famous Curlies Shack. Its right next to German Bakery which has unfortunately is shut down now. Only prob is the approach road to the place is not lit up and is bad. Overall its a good place to stay.
A nice hotel that has a lot to offer in terms of what's near it. There's a delicious restaurant two doors down where we had the best meal we'd had our whole trip.
Hotel itself is very nice with friendly staff. The "buffet breakfast" that was included with our room was a bit small and dismal so don't get your hopes up too high.
We stayed in Laguna Anjuna in the monsoon season and had a fabulous time.
The staff were very helpful helping us rent scooter and even a taxi for a day. We went to the beaches which were very close by - not walkable, but with a scooter it was perfect.
Stayed from 25 to 29 April in leoney resort.very friendly staff taking care of everything u want and on time.cottage was really spacious nd comfortable.food was also good.whenever il come back to goa, will definitely stay here only.
Backpackers and other visitors flock to these two coastal villages, which boast sandy beaches and distinctive red cliffs above the sea. Known for its party scene, it's not unusual to find DJs from around the world spinning it at the local bars. Rent a scooter to get around the countryside, check out the popular Wednesday flea market in Anjuna, and then watch the sun set over the Arabian Sea.
