"Took my best friend for her 70th birthday. Porters very attentive from the moment we arrived. Breakfast amazing. Bed was really comfortable. Brilliant position for Lanes and shops. One downside a bit mean with tea tray. Just 2 coffee sachets each. I know there was a coffe machine but know way how to work it. No information in the room re menus or about the hotel. As it was very expensive you would have thought we would have. Also very expensive drinks. Two drinks, a double whisky and lemonade and a double malibu and pineapple £36!!!to be fair i did know it would be expensive but that was obscene. Shame as couldn't justify staying and drinking in the hotel due to that price. Had twin room , no sea view but lovely room."

"Over all our stay was just ok, one towel for 2 guests? Staff were having a gathering in the restaurant over breakfast being loud and laughing infront of guests which I didn’t like so early. There literally was no consideration at all having to raise our voice to talk to each over our table. Not very professional sadly."

"Great hotels, great location and great size room. We had a premium room on the second floor with a balcony that had great views of the seafront. Managed to park in the underground carpark, although spaces are very tight it was convenient and we had a reduced price as lift was out of order. Staff were excellent from checking in to breakfast, cleaning the rooms, complementary drinks, crips and checking out. A great Easter Weekend "
