Eurotel is an inexpensive hotel..rooms are good size and they deliver complimentary breakfast to your door without having to order it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing missing would be a small refrigerator and microwave and a thicker blanket.

At check in all was good until I got to the room , I put my belongings in the safe ,and in few minutes tried to open the safe it won’t open ,called reception and told them about it ,they sent the cleaning man to open it and he could not then a supervisor cam also but the lock on the safe was broke lol,until I kept on trying till it opened ,then they offer me another room as an upgrade and I wish they didn’t the safe also was broke lol. Another thing no place to hang your clothes you have to keep them in your bag on the floor . If you really desperate to sleep for the night it’s ok otherwise look for somewhere else , I booked for a week and had to leave on the fourth day and cancell the rest of my days without a refund . It’s a terrible place ,the only thing is the staff that is good .

Thanks to front desk staff for upgrading my room. Everything else in this hotel was disappointing. Cleanliness, hygiene and washroom maintenance are all terrible.

The property was close to the mainstream of Angeles with a great place to have breakfast. "Angels Bakery" The breakfast which was included in my stay was not particularly good. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and the room was nat made up in all this time. I did not complain as each day I was expecting it to happen. No bottled water was available at all. The internet service was good and the staff were friendly.

Actually, I like the staff. Fast in service. And they are so humble and kind. What you need is to check your plumbing system like the sink. Needs to renovate the units. Besides, there is also a smell which is uncomforble. Then you must provide NEW SLIPPERS - NOT USED ONE. And you must give depending on the number of guests. Like in our case, we are two - only one (1) USED SLIPPERS. Quite embarrassing. These comments will help you improve to have more customers. Haha very small room and cheap foam mattress. No bar fridge. Bathroom size is better but the water pressure and heat lacked. Average parking at best. Maybe the hotel was cheap haha. I hope.

The rooms had a stench, there were algae everywhere in the toilet, sink, bathtub, floor edge, etc. The bed as a thin mattress on wooden boards. Stay here only if you can't find another hotel in Clark.

I love the simple breakfast buffet for a cheaper price. So worth it. Their frontdesk is also accommodating and soft spoken. I dont like the cleanliness, during our stay, the hallway is very smelly just like that of a garbage truck. The room is nice and clean, but when you ask them to clean your room, it’s not that clean. I mean there is still a lot of mess and tissue is not replenished.

The location is good. But the room are bad. 1) Toilet door faulty. 2) Toilet flooring are dirty and no hygienic. 3) Water pressure in the toilet are low. 4) Wifi not strong. 5) Breakfast food suppose to finished at 10am. I go there at 9.15am food almost finish and no more refill. It's not the matter of room price. Cleanliness and Hygiene and food should be serve until 10am. Need improvement.

The staff are friendly. We got 3 rooms . The rooms are ok but we are disappojnted because they did not notify us that the tables are newly painted black. So all got stained in the body and in our baggages. The action is fast upon notifying the admin. And we were tranferred instantly to the suite ròoms.
