Welcome to our beautiful rural house located within 100 meters of Port D'Andratx. The house has three floors with independent entrances and offers accommodation for 8-20 guests in its five air-conditioned bedrooms. It features a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi for six people, and a large 2,400m2 garden exclusive to guests. The house is situated by the seafront of Port d'Andratx and is available for holidays throughout the year. The hosts live on the top floor, but only occupy two bedrooms, leaving ample space for guests. The house is professionally disinfected before every arrival.

DESCRIPTION:

The house is 2,600m2 in size and spread across three floors, offering free Wi-Fi throughout. It comprises two kitchens and one kitchenette. Each floor has its own private entrance, and there is parking space for four cars. The top floor includes a master bedroom with a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and amenities like a safe, air conditioning, heating, fan, and TV. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and heating. The living room on this floor features a sofa bed, air conditioning, smart TV, Apple TV, and cable TV. Additionally, there is a well-appointed kitchen, a private terrace with sea views, and underfloor heating for winter guests.

The middle floor consists of a living room with two double sofa beds, smart TV, DVD player, Apple TV, and cable TV. There is a new large kitchen equipped with all appliances, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two private terraces with BBQ facilities and outdoor seating are also available. This floor has a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and a fan. The fourth bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, a fan, and a separate bathroom.

The ground floor studio can accommodate 6-8 people and includes full air conditioning and heating, six double bunk beds, a kitchenette, and two sofa beds. It has an en-suite double shower room and is ideal for children or teenagers.

The house is perfectly located in Port d'Andratx, just 100 meters from the port and a 3-minute walk away. There are small beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a doctor, an ATM, and a taxi and bus stop nearby. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool (10x6 meters) with regular purification and cleaning, as well as the large garden with a playing area for football, badminton, table tennis, and basketball. Multiple balconies offer beautiful views of the sea and the Tramuntana Mountains, and there are various activities available in the area such as hiking, biking, motorbiking, diving, and boat trips. The house provides essential safety measures like a first aid cabinet, fire blankets, and fire extinguishers.

Guests are responsible for clearing rubbish and recyclable material during their stay, and containers are conveniently located within 200 meters from the house. Air-conditioning filters are replaced regularly, and the house undergoes professional disinfection before every arrival. Additional services such as cleaning can be arranged for a fee. To respect the neighbors, loud music is not allowed after midnight.
