"NIce, clean room, comfortable bed and a hot shower.. Manage your expectations. This isn't The Hilton. Staff was very nice. Window AC units worked amazing! Shower was hot. *Note Bring your own soap as the supplied soap is the size of a half-dollar. Room was quiet. Bed was freshly made. Free WiFi was great as cell service is limited."

"Place has recently been renovated. Our room had all new furniture, whole room newly painted, updated bathroom, best shower ever, comfortable bed, new fridge, microwave & TV. People at the front desk were pleasant. Breakfast was your standard continental fair. Definitely recommend & would stay again."

"The staff at customer service was wonderful. She greeted us and shared information about nearby beautiful sites to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. AC machine runs well and we were able to take breakfast food on-the-go due to our travel time."

"Loved this Treehouse. Was very clean, adequate amenities. It sits back off the road a bit so it is very private. Short walk to the Genesee River. We met the hosts. Very nice couple. You do have to be mindful of how much water you use and you cannot drink it. So, bring your own water. There is a refrigerator outside under the treehouse to keep your beverages and whatever else cold. Loved the outdoor shower. If you like hiking there are several trails nearby. If your looking for something different this is it."

"Staff were very nice. Property is somewhat rundown and the room I had needed updating, but for the price it was acceptable. Basically clean, no bugs, a/c worked fine. TV had sufficient channels and there was a microwave and fridge. Water in shower was hot. If you are on a budget, it is sufficient. The old " you get what you pay for " label is appropriate. Dont expect a Hilton atmosphere for what you want to pay."
