Asked for more pillows on three consecutive days , never got them and then was told it was my fault for not giving correct room number, they managed to remember my room number for charging parking etc . Apart from that a fairly good hotel !

Stayed one night, just came up to see Andorra and drive thru the Pyrennes.Surprised by small dated lobby. Dining area good and clean but nothing special. Room was large but basic furniture and no wall treatments. Large bath but no bath condiments. Good helpful staff. Baiscally a mid tier business hotel with lots of meeting space to play to the financial visitors to the banks in Andorra.

Whilst it might have been our summer holidays, this skiers' hang-out regarded it as low season. Combine that with the weak Euro and we had a luxurious 'junior suite' for a little over £100. Combine this with the stunning balcony views and a gourmet dinner on the lawn for under £70 (including wine), and you have the best hotel I've ever actually stayed in.
"Very good hotel in the heart of Andorra La Vella."
Right in the centre of Andorra La Vella and mere minutes away from the shopping district of the capital, this is an excellent hotel, with friendly, helpful staff (many of them multi-lingual - useful when you need to communicate you need to print off a boarding pass).
The Wi-Fi is good quality, and for little extra cost you can get breakfast included, which includes everything from Iberico ham and bread, to cereals and pain au chocolat. It's dirt cheap too - I paid 148 euros staying from the 19th to the 24th of December; superb value for money.
Only negatives I would say about the rooms is that they are lacking a few expected amenities (namely toothbrushes and tooth paste, something I assume when I check in to a hotel), and if you're that bothered about a room with a view you won't necessarily get one. I'm Spartan when it comes to booking hotel rooms (I just wanted somewhere to sleep every night in between skiing) so that didn't bother me. Another thing is in the room where I was staying I could hear running water constantly, which to others I guess might be distracting when trying to sleep (not for me, I've been known to sleep through storms).
Overall a pleasant experience and I'd have no reservation staying there again in the future.

My wife and I had pre booked this hotel so apart from web reviews we didn't know what to expect, but were very pleased on our arrival. Our only problem was finding the entrance which is at the back of the hotel and we didn't think was well signed. However once inside it was very pleasant with an efficient and professional reception person. The room, actually two rooms,a bedroom and a sitting area were clean, spacious and well equipped,as was the bathroom.
The hotel is on a very busy street but our room was at the back and very quiet. We had dinner, served from 8pm,in the restaurant which was quiet, but a special mention should be given to the waiter, name unknown, but multilingual and very friendly, chatty and knowledgable.

Hotel Magic Andorra was a very nice hotel, parking was convenient and it is located on a busy street, with lots of shopping. Andorra la Vella is gorgeous, set in the Pyrennes mountains and well worth the drive from Spain. I didn't ask the hotel front desk but wish that someone had explained to us that dinner time is different in Andorra than is was in Spain. We went to Caldea Spa in the late afternoon and when we finished with our massages at 9:00 p.m., there was almost nothing open for the evening meal. Luckily one of the bars near our hotel was open and the cook was still there and was wiling to make us something. The hotel was within walking distance of the Caldea Spa, which I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Andorra la Vella.
Andorra la Vella draws tourists as ski destination, with many winter sports resorts an easy bus ride away. Après-ski, indulge in retail therapy at Andorra's many duty-free shops. The picturesque cobblestones and Romanesque architecture of the Old Town are easily explored on foot, and visitors should tour the ancient churches, parliament building, and Government Exhibition Hall and adjacent piazza.
