Really nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and great location for skiing in Soldeu. Breakfast and dinner buffet included in half board were fantastic. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gondola and back. Really convenient. The kids club is fantastic. The SPA is also great but here is my only negative feedback. They charge you quite a lot of money to access the pool. I believe access to this facility should be included in the price.

You need to be careful with the parking as there is insuffient for all guests and there is a charge of 25euro per night for the underground parking. Parking by the Soldeu lift is cheaper if you have a lift pass and easily accessed with shuttle bus.

Nice hotel, terrible customer service
We stayed for a weekend of ski. We selected the hotel for location and what seemed like a nice pool and spa area. While the hotel is well located and is nicely done, too many of the staff have an unhelpful and disdainful attitude. Upon check in, we learned that we had to pay an additional 22euros per person to use the pool. This was not indicated when we booked the room and on top of the 25euros/night for parking we were already charged with at check in. There was no explanation for the upcharge. Upon return to our room after our first day of ski, we were looking forward to a hot shower and relaxing, only to find the balcony door completely open and the temperature had dropped to -5* in the room. When we reported the issue to front desk and rasied concerns over basic heat/comfort and security (someone could have hopped over rail and into room), the person at front desk shrugged her shoulders and said "ok". We insisted that she follow up with housekeeping so that it not be repeated, but there was no apology or concern. We also noticed that items weren't replenished in room (paper tissues) and that trying to order a drink in the lobby was very slow. After unsuccessfully waiting for service, we walked up the street to one of the other hotels for apres drinks. We wish the hotel and service had been better, and terms of pool use better outlined, as otherwise it could be nice. But given this experience, I would not recommend.

Hotel & Spa...but no Spa
So we book a Hotel and Spa...pay double then other other 4 Star in Soldeu arrive and get told that there is no Spa as it is under renovation...of course in August? I get told you can use a public pool and Spa 10 min away by Car. Sure...thats why I booked a Spa hotel. So why is this not said on booking? Unbelivable and this is unacceptable. Gym was put in a conference room with astonishing 4 machines of which one was broken. Great effort by the Hotel.

Ideal Hotel for Sliing Soldeu
Lovely stay with Family on Skiing Trip. This hotel is in a great location for the Soldeu Gondola. Spa is expensive and not included in the rate but nice after a days skiing. Food was buffet style with lots of choice and good quality. Will be back .

This property is overrated. It does not have a four star service. Example: the bathroom does not offer all the amenities. Had to call a couple of times to get towels because when cleaning the room they forgot to put them. Had to call because box of tissues was empty, etc. I am the guest not the staff person. Gym did not have towels nor anything to disinfect the sweat.

We have forwarded your feedback to each of the corresponding departments, including the cleaning staff in regards to the towel restocking in the rooms and the tissues. What amenities were you looking for that you did not find in our bathrooms? We will definitely look into this in an attempt to provide a more complete amenities set for all of our rooms. Our gym does offer a rather large stock of towels available on the high table near the entrance, I can only assume they were in the process of being replenished when you most needed these. At certain points during the day we do receive a large number of visitors in the gym although our spa and cleaning staff also maintain these areas. In the future please notify anyone from our staff and we will immediately clean any specific area you need cleaned and wiped down or for a restock of towels. Once again thank you very much for your feedback, we are very grateful for your insight and would like to have a chance to make up for your dissatisfactory experience. It was a nice hotel in a beautiful area (nice food, lots of variety on half board) but mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable and little children made a lot of noise late at night. I also don't think they should charge extra for the pool.

Loved the hotel , food was 5 star- but very disappointed when we discovered that none of food was included??? This wasn’t clear at all. Also disappointing to discover use of pool wasn’t included - a charge for adults 16 euros and 9 euros for kids. Each!! Everyday !!! Not good for a family. Very functional hotel.
Very friendly staff and hotel rooms are well designed for a ski vacation. Although the hotel was not right beside the gondola, the shuttle service worked very well and when out of ski boots, hotel was really quite close to the centre. The hotel is large and modern. As a result, it did lack the European charm that we as Canadians crave when we come to Europe. The restaurant was buffet style for both breakfast and dinner. There was a selection for every taste.

Ski Trip 2018. Group of 7.
This is our second visit to this Hotel, and on both occasions I have found little to complain about. The rooms are comfortable and kept very clean. The choice and quality of the food was excellent, and the facilities were also good. The only thing I would say is that after paying nearly 250 euros for a room per night, I was a little shocked to find out we would have to pay a further 16 euros to use the Spa facilities, even just for a swim, but it wouldn't stop me from booking here again. We were skiing and the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the gondola, were you can store ski equipment. Also try 'La Calletta', a small Tapas bar less then 100 yards from the hotel. Fantastic Tapas and the Best Beer in Soldeu.

Probably the best hotel in Soldeu
Very nice Hotel with large lobby/bar area for a quiet drink in the evening. A short walk to the Gondola station for access to a fantastic ski area. The rooms have been recently refurbished and feel very up market with a great bathroom. Room was a little small for three sharing though. Didn't use the spa as it was 16 Euro per day each - 2 years ago it was free! Food was very good and plenty of variety. Highly recommend a visit to Fat Alberts.

Estancia excepcional !! El staff fantástico, desde que llegas a recepción, restaurante , todo increíble ! Cena variada y deliciosa ! Desde el hotel te ayudan a organizar todas las actividades , el transporte del hotel increíble !! Sin dudarlo volveré a hospedarme en Park Piolets! Súper recomendable !!!!

certes suite a une erreur de date de reservation du 31 08 au lieu du 30 08 j ai repris une chambre identique a 195 euros la nuit esperant faire valider mon paiement je me suis fais envoyer.... se debinant sur une reservation internet et ne voulant rien entendre aucun geste commercial sur les 2 petits dejeuners pris lamentable a eviter....de plus hygiene de chambres et service ne sont pas a la hauteur de ce qui est annonce a fuir ce genre d etablissements....

Un fin de semana estupendo . Un hotel muy bonito y muy cerca de pistas . En el hotel cuidan todos los detalles para que tu fin de semana sea especial. Repetiremos seguro!
