last night before they closed for the season. substantially reduced choice at breakfast menu for dining in the evening very poor, and more like a cafeteria not approprate for a 4 star hotel.rather disappointing

Mountain break
We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is well located to be able to walk out to local bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is definitely worth selecting the slightly higher rate to include breakfast as this was a good selection of food and very convenient timings. We parked in the hotel car park for 13 euros/night which seemed reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel! The only thing to remember is your earplugs - any talk from the inside area is easily getting thru the doors. Otherwise - perfect!

Great Location For Canillo Ski Lift
Hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the ski cable car lift. Breakfast was good with both hot & cold options. An egg counter with chief cooking fresh omelettes to order. Excellent spa with sauna, steam room, cold room & swimming pool/jacuzzi. Note there is a charge per person for the duration of your stay. Room was quite large & very clean, although quite hot for my liking. Wifi was intermittent & quite slow.

good choice in Canillo
We chose this hotel in Canillo as appeared to have good ratings & it was not far from the cable car. Canillo is a relatively small village with half a dozen or so restaurants to choose from for the evenings - a little quieter than Soldeu for sure. The hotel was good as expected - the staff were friendly & appeared to work quite hard - especially the waiting staff for the buffet in mornings & evenings. The breakfast was not bad - enough of everything to choose from. The rooms were decent size & the wifi worked well - a big plus for us as need to work whilst away. The only slight niggle for us were the pillows - long & flat & just not comfortable. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay for our 4 day snowboarding break.

Bona relació qualitat preu. Spa petit, però com que el fan pagar no esta ple. La neteja es excelent i la qualitat del servei i l’esmorzar també.

Hôtel très bien situé surtout pour l'accès au télécabine. Chambre assez ancienne très sombre, éclairage insuffisant. Salle d'eau en état moyen (poignée cassée, douche peu fonctionnelle,...). Personnel serviable et accueillant. Pdj bon mais choix assez limité et pas de renouvellement.

Trevlig o hjälpsam personal, fint spa som borde ingå i priset (7 euro per dag) , borde dock finnas kallvatten att dricka o duschar borde kunna temperaturregleras , hyfsad frukost inte mer. För liten tv. Annars bekvämt o bra.

Hotel casi perfecto en todo: spa, ubicación, atención, limpieza. Totalmente recomendable. Lo que no me gustó: Habitación calurosa (418, menos mal que tenía ac); vista a la pared; y que no ofrezcan cenas en verano ni en el bar aunque sean bocadillos/hamburguesas (por teléfono nos dijeron que sí). Agréable séjour à Canillo
2 nuits à font d'argent à Canillo. Chambre très spacieuse et très propre avec SDB avec douche italienne et baignoire d'angle très appréciable après une journée de marche. Petit déjeuner assez varié avec viennoiserie, charcuterie, fruits. Personnel très gentil avec un effort de leur part pour parler en français car notre espagnol n'est pas terrible. Indication de pouvoir se garer en zone bleue pour 3€ de 8h à 20h la nuit c'est gratuit au lieu du parking de l'hôtel qui est à 13€ par jour. Ce qui est honnête de leur part de le proposer. Seul bémol ne pas savoir à l'avance qu'il faut des bonnets pour le SPA car 8€ pour le bonnet et la serviette c'est un peu cher mais nous n'y avons pas été par manque de temps. En conclusion si on revient par là nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Agréable séjour au ski en famille
Hôtel bien situé proche du téléphérique .Grande chambre familiale avec côté enfants séparé ( supers lits voiture); baignoire et douche; wc séparés. Casiers à ski au sous-sol. Parking sous l’hôtel. Espace bien-être en supplément : jacuzzis et piscines sont très chauds ce qui est très agréable. La patinoire se situe à proximité. Nous étions en demi-pension ; les buffets du soir sont variés par contre le matin c’es toujours pareil. Un bémol : on entend trop le bruit de la route même au troisième étage.
