Staff excellent. Clean. Close to shops and ski lift. Typical mountain Hotel. Food buffet was good to. Good value for money Hotel. If you had any problems itvwould be dealt with straight away.

Nice hotel but no eats in town
This is a good clean place in a good location in town. Staff very friendly and helpful. WiFi was poor from our room on top floor. Should be an easy fix with a cheap booster! So why doesn't the hotel but a duty free one from across the street!? Main problem we had was finding anywhere in town that was serving food in the evening. So many duty free shops but you can't eat!

The hotel was very good for the money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar area was nice and the staff were lovely. The free wifi was also very good. The only thing i would say as a negative was that the rooms are quite cramped. For a ski holiday for 4 people getting ready with all of our equipment was a bit of a struggle, but other than that it was very good.

lovely, small but comfy room
Hotel is located 1 min walk from the bus stop where you can take the bus to other parts of Andorra or to Toulouse. Vast array of shops are nearby. Soundproofing works well.

Pros: cheap, good staff, huge room, breakfast was average (but extremely cheap) Cons: you can hear a pin drop in the room next to you The walls are there but they do not have the ability to stop sound.

Nice but a little far from the lifts.
Overall a nice enough place. Room we booked was adequate, bed not very comfy but clean with a clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful, but you will need some Spanish, Catalan, or Portuguese to be able to communicate fully. By a lot of shops, but quite a walk up a hill to the slopes. Good and quiet at night, good for families as it's away from all the bars. Bring a printout if you prepay for half-board (breakfast). The confirmation doesn't have the price you prepaid or that breakfast is included so you will need to print the screen on the website before you get the confirmation email. Also you will need to ask for hot breakfast in the morning as it is not buffet.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is about 5 mins walk to the main restaurant and bar areas, a little longer to the first ski lifts. Rooms were clean but quite dated. Breakfast was pretty average

Hotel situated 5mins walk to slopes get locker for boots and skis at pas83 20 euro for week.Also entitles you to a free drink each day after 3pm.Hotel staff very friendly .Had room only so cant comment on food.Would stay here again.

Needed room for night in October while driving back to France. Friendly helpful guy on reception. Room OK but walls like paper and could hear every word and movement next room. Breakfast was expensive so had coffee and croisants nearby. Pas de la casa seemed to be just a big car park for duty free shoppers. Cannilo and laveila looked much nicer while passing thru.
