Check in and out was super quick and easy . The room was super clean which I was so happy about . The hotel is in a fantastic location close to plenty of food options . Customer service was superb too!!

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and attentive. On the negative side the place was not cleaned properly. The elevator floor was dirty. Our room had no soap in the shower dispenser. The common area was not clean either. Breakfast tables were not cleaned after each guest finished breakfast. On the plus side, afternoon cookies were excellent. All in all, this place did not meet my expectations for a Marriott branded hotel for cleanliness. The front reception staff were excellent.

Always a Great Stay
This is my go-to hotel when I come to my hometown. The service is always excellent. The hotel and rooms are always clean. No issues with noise or noisy guests. Just a great place to stay. It does seem like the price is going up, though.

Everything was great but the breakfast. Waffle maker was not available. Also, food staff did not replenish anything with over an hour left to eat. The hotel was very clean. Thankfully the air conditioner worked very well because it was extremely hot out.

Stay generally OKAY. Problem was Palmetto Bug spotted on wall of the room. We saw it on last day. My wife freaked out and was fretting that our clothes and luggage may carry stowaways back home with us.
