L'information nous a été donnée à 17h30 pour le soir même et nous avons eu confirmation à 22h que nous n'avions plus de logement pour le soir même (nous étions 6 personnes le jour de l'ouverture du marché de noel à Metz).La communication a été tardive avec la propriétaire pour pouvoir trouver un autre logement pour le soir même. Meme si elle nous a orienté vers une location beaucoup moins qualitative (car la seule libre à 30min de metz) , nous avons eu de quoi dormir et avons été remboursé rapidement. Le seul reproche serait une communication un peu légère sur le fait d'avoir ou non l'appartement pour le soir même. Merci pour ses démarches en tout cas qui nous ont permis d'avoir un toit. ##### nathalie M.
