"The ocean was not visible from my room but the hotel had a private area directly on the beach. The entire place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. They always had fresh coffee, room and pool towels available. We had an enjoyable time in the pool and hot tub and was in walking distance to many great restaurants."

"Pool jam packed. Took at least an hour to get a seat. AC didn’t work for hours then when tech called to have bed cleaned where he worked, it took about 6 hours (11pm). Completely booked hotel so we could not move. Super disappointing as this place was not cheap. Staff did what they could to try to rectify the inconvenience but overall it was such a headache. "

"This place has a fantastic location, the room was so spacious and had an amazing balcony and view. The pool was well heated and super clean and not too crowded. We had tried to stay another night but they were sold out. Highly recommend!!"

"The pool is always great at this hotel! In my opinion, it is one of the best views in Clearwater. The desk staff at this hotel have definitely regressed in since the pandemic. The attitude seems less friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. However, the linens on the bed could be improved. They were a bit rough. "

"Food is excellent at resort, very nice spa but salt room was not working unfortunately. Clearwater Beach is a fun area, food overall on the beach is just fair when compared to south Florida or Destin area. Traffic is terrible as expected to spring break. Staff at the hotel is amazing!! The pool bar is nice and had great food and drinks. The pool itself is disappointing as is the pool area, it’s all gated in, can’t really see the beach. Pools are tiny not a resort experience. No adult pool. Kids everywhere in the hot tub. Very few chairs. The pool and beach experience are fair at best. Fun to try a new are of Florida but will it be returning to Clearwater. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. We requested a room with a balcony and had a city view. The suite was roomy and clean! The location of this hotel is very good as it is pedestrian friendly and very walkable for leisure or exercise. And right on the main road. We loved that his hotel had its own private beach area. The views were great and in Clearwater there are many opportunities to see dolphins! And we did…. Yay! The pool area with adjoining bar was convenient for eating and drinking. We enjoyed the live music. Breakfast included was convenient and there was something for everyone’s tastes. What we really liked was the terrace restaurant, Evy, with the fireplaces and heating lamps on cool evenings. The small plates were perfect and so were the cocktails. The servers were wonderful. Again the views were so nice. This was such a nice getaway! All staff was friendly and helpful! The gym was not that good though- very small and closet- like. Other than that, this Hampton Inn was terrific! "
