They really needed to help get rid of the ice in the main parking lot. It made it very difficult to maneuver the car among the large ice build up

parking lot needed to be plowed /graded, full of large potholes. Room was clean but lacked lighting in counter and sitting area. Breakfast was so-so. Quiet thru night so that was a plus.

This modest hotel isn't fancy but it does have all the amenities of a higher starred establishment. Breakfast is satisfying, rooms are clean, guests are not transients.

It is very convenient from the Ted Stevens airport. We got in at 11pm, and found out the shuttle doesnt run at night!!! Not convenient when you are dead tied and have two dogs that have been in crates for 7 hours! The room was ok and quiet. Fresh paint, and good comfortable bed. Tv worked well, small refrigerator. We didnt have toothpaste, so i checke d at the desk..." no, we cannot provide toothpaste....". The room was clean, bit there was a wet spot, from a former dog that had been there. It would be nice to have a small lamp by the bed, for getting up in the night without disturbing my husband. The parking lot closest to our room, was very rough ice. A car had parked right on the pathway to the lot, so you had to negotiate an icy pile of snow to get to our truck. Breakfast was satifactory, coffee was very good, but no half and half... only cremora powder (yuk)! I would go back, as it not bad. I did open a bottom cabinet to see if there were any glasses, and it badly needed to cleaned and painted. Styrafoam ptes and nowls are terrible feor the environment. They need to go away and be replCed by compostable cardboard.

The staff was there and willing to try to help. As the weather is hard to predict, the parking lot could have been cleaned up a little better. At least getting the ice off, so you didn't need ice-skates to get to the car. I like the easy access to the property. Very easy to get on the road and close to the airport.

Great stay, clean decent room, nice people, classic continental breakfast, and good location. Worth the price. The parking lot was really hard to walk and drive on, I wish they plowed it or at least salted it so you could walk without slipping around, and drive without having a high clearance SUV. Overall definitely worth staying and we will probably stay again when we need to stay overnight in Anchorage.

Martin was super helpful, got me rides to and from the airport. The room was clean and looked like it had some recent work done to improve it. The breakfast in the morning hit the spot before I hopped my next flight.

While we were checking in a druggie came to the counter and interrupted the transaction, the police had to be called, then this druggie proceeded to stay on the property after being told to leave and I had to intervene between him and my child, aggressively. The cops never came, there was no security on the property, just not very safe even though we were near the airport. The front desk clerk was very nice and tried but he also doesn’t get paid enough to deal with drug addicts. Get security Baymont I know you can afford it with those insane room rates.

Definitely not a bad place to stay especially for the price, the rooms are a little dated but parts of the bathrooms have been renovated, overall good stay.. parking was semi limited due to excessive snow but hey

The hallway and elevator are dirty and my room is cold slept in my clothes this is after I complained about the first room that had no heat so they gave me this one. Better but still cold for an older person who is used to wood heat.

It was not terrible, just a little crusty. There were crusty spots on the carpet, quite a few smudges on the mirrors, and it did not appear the toilet had been completely wiped down. It is obviously an older hotel, and it shows. Breakfast had several nice options, but the eggs were just flat little patties that were dry and overcooked.

Clean Room, friendly staff, easy check in/out. Appreciated the breakfast, especially hot & cold choices available. The Park & Fly option was unknown to us at booking but worked out perfect for us. Thanks for offering that! The floor we were on was under renovations so the elevator and hallway had dirty floors from workers in/out during the day. Needed a vacuum.

Room was disgusting so they moved me to a new room and upon further inspection found was even dirtier. Toilet and surrounding floor were covered in urine, every counter, tabletop surface had not been wiped down, walls had food stains, hand prints and splatters of questionable items. Opened mini fridge to find melted ice cream all over shelves on top of old food crumbs in every door shelves. Front of fridge and microwave had old food dried on and the carpet had not been thoroughly vacuumed in some time. Spent a good hour with a container of disinfectant wipes till I felt it sanitary enough for my 1 night stay. The elevator in the building had the same cleanliness issue. Will never return and did not feel safe enough to complain as the make housekeeper was hanging out in the entry waiting for a ride or something and the clerk told him he did a bad job so he went to look and I could tell he was irritated. Not the clientele that looked like you would want to piss off. And I worried all night something would happen to my truck outside or my room would get robbed. Double locked the door and checked out as early as possible.

It was cheap and the sheets were clean. The place was generally run down. The carpet and bathroom were not very clean. It’s low budget, and you get what you pay for. It serves its purpose but nothing more. It is a short ride from the airport and it was quiet and easy to get good sleep. On a side note, it doesn’t look like they plowed any snow this year. The drive and parking area was a mess.

Property is not updated. Room smelt very musty and dirty. Washer and dryer dirty, trash was overflowing in the room with the washer and dryer always. Property wasn’t clean.

A fantastic value. Airport shuttle, close to the airport, inside Anchorage, yet trees all around and some beautiful views from the property. Parking and breakfast add a lot of value. Breakfast was quite fancy- waffle machine, yogurt, milk, cereal, toast, oranges, juices, cinnamon rolls, coffee, hot water for tea... We loved the kitchenette style room with fold out couch for the young one. Coffee machine with coffee in the room, as well as fridge and microwave. No complaints, can't recommend highly enough.
